This shop is the best.. Roxy is the best and my hair looks incredible every time. She is very friendly and makes the time fly by. Come by to get your hair done she does a lot of different things!!!!

This is ridiculous. I am sitting outside waiting, and it’s 30 minutes past the opening time. I wanted to grab something for my daughter before I took her to school, but it was an epic fail. Never going back there. If there has been a time change, customers should know. Plenty of customers came, and went.

I’ve been going to the store for a while and ever since the lady took over the prices went up the shells are empty customer service is OK depending on who is helping you my girl used to get her wig done and we stopped going prices way too high $65 and $15 and she does not pay the girls to put on the wigs. They practically beg for their tips.
It’s unfortunate because these girls do a great job.

I've shopped at this store several times. Each time the Associates were professional and courteous. My only issue is that I wish the owner would open earlier. Several times I wanted to support this business but was told that they open at 11am. I owned a business before and know how difficult it is to find good reliable help. I will continue to shop there and refer people and hope that you are eventually blessed with a reliable staff. Love & Peace!

Since this lady have taking over this beauty supply store have not been the same I always spend my money in this store. I spent about $60 the other day buying wig glue, edge brush’s, scissors and hair dyes and the lace glue I buy that was $25 wasn’t no good so I bring it back asking if I can just exchange it and the lady was just rude and nasty telling me she can’t do it cause it was open I let the lady know it was no good and barely used that lady really had me spend another $30 in the store because she didn’t want me to exchange it for another glue.I WONT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THAT PLACE #JUSTTERRIBLE

I absolutely love this store. The location is perfect
The customer service is amazing big variety of products and wig selection the new cash register system that they have is up-to-date. Where are they either email you or send you your receipt via text for me I personally like that I always have the information on my phone where if it’s paper is easier to get lost.

Tried to look this store up on Better Business Bureau and it is not found, that’s weird. I shopped at this store and I was forced to give up personal information to receive a receipt. I should be able to receive a receipt without giving up my phone number or email address. I get a receipt any and everywhere else. I felt very uncomfortable doing that, and the way things are today and what scammers can do with the slightest information. I just will not be returning to this store. This store used to be GREAT it is a new owner now, and it SUCKS.
