Whenever I have a project that is new to me or I don't know all the ins outs. I definitely will go to Ace hardware. Every time I have come here. They have helped me figure out what items I need, how many I need if they have that product. If they do not carry that product they will refer me to someone else. Their prices are a little high but the service is worth the extra price. It's not like they stalk you down the aisles like some places do. They asked me do I need help and I will say yes or no. If I say no, they say thank you for shopping at Ace. If I say yes, how can I help you? They often offer their experience with this item that I'm working with if they have it and will guide me to what I need.

We made it to Ace just ten minutes before closing to have a paint color matched. We would not have been surprised if the folks working there felt a little put out by our timing, but if they did, they certainly didn't show it!

We were greeted with a smile and directed to the paint section. The associate there cheerfully helped us determine the correct sheen and carefully analyzed the color on our sample. She even put a spot of the mixed paint on the sample to verify the match.

We were checking out after closing time but even so, all of the associates were very friendly and professional.

We were very impressed by and grateful for the expert service we received even though we kept everyone working in the store late.

This Ace is great! They hire the old-timers who will bend over backwards to help you! We love that! Great attitudes and the store is pretty well organized. Fees can be a little pricey, but for the most part doable. No complaints and we love their great customer service!
