Benton’s has taken care of my oil changes for my work/fleet vehicle for years. My personal ‘18 F150 required service and I couldn’t think of a more friendly and honest place to take it.

The truck didn’t need the service I expected, and instead I was given options on the repairs that ended up being less than I had budgeted. Lucas was in constant communication with me on progress and the billing system they use allowed me to see exactly what work was completed, how many hours it took, and I was able to pay via a link sent by text message.

I understand paying less than expected is not a typical experience but Benton’s had every opportunity to charge me more and do work that wasn’t necessary and they didn’t. I will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on.

My daughter and I were on a road trip to Oklahoma City this past weekend and had an unexpected issue with one of the tires on the car… From the minute we walked in to Benton’s to the minute we left, all the employees were very kind and friendly and welcoming to us. The sweet dog in the lobby was an extra bonus! Kudos to you all, and thanks again for doing such a great job!

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought in my vehicle to repair the steering column due to shaking when reaching speeds greater than 60mph. I was given a quote the repair would cost about $1,200.00 and take 3 days. On the third day when I expected to receive my vehicle I was told of difficulties with programming and a few extra days may be needed. Those few extra days became 3 weeks. I had to call their location often for updates. With each update I was ensured the car would be completed “soon”. During the three weeks my car was being repaired I paid hundreds of dollars in Uber and car rental expenses. I was also sent a text message with a new quote for their repair work of $4,700.00 for replacement and repair of the steering column.

During a discussion with others an employee about my grievances it was revealed they needed to call the dealership to figure out how to repair the vehicle. The employee told me “we are doing it cheaper than the dealership”. He also told me he knew I took it to the dealership because of this call and should have known the repair would have been costly. His claims were false. Yes, I did get quotes from multiple sources - like most consumers do! (The quote I received from the dealership was 3,900) I went with Benton’s because I believed they would repair the car swiftly at an affordable cost as promised. This conversation makes me question the integrity of Benton’s Service Center.

When I arrived to pickup up my vehicle it was FILTHY. No customer paying money especially such a LARGE amount should be treated like this! I had to ask for the dirt to be cleaned. I am not judging the craftsmanship of the repair because I do not know about cars. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.

I am sharing my experience so you can consider the potential for an increased estimate after you’ve been given a quote. Also consider Benton’s does not provide loaner vehicles so you will also have the extra expense of transportation if the time frame extends beyond what they have promised.

Had my rear axel locking up, they were able to find one and installed in two days, along with some other stuff I added on, front alignment ,new tires , and an oil change. They allowed me to have my truck towed there after hours they were able to get to it the next afternoon. The trunk runs great.

The experience was awful the owner was rude told me to never come back. They messed up my oil plug hole on my oil pan. They said it was like that when I came in but they were the only ones that ever touched my vehicle for years on oil. changes wanted to charge me 400.00 to fix.
