we ordered a ramo a week ago and had told her I would pick it up Saturday at noon. Shop is closed and she doesn’t answer the phone. Ridiculous

Ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday by 1 PM.They asked me what time to get it there.I said by 1 PM would be awesome.They did not deliver.My flowers told the following day morning.Very, very upset birthday present for my daughter.Will never use this follower company again big negative

I received the most magnificent, spectacular flower arrangement today for my birthday--beautiful fresh flowers and foliage in an exquisite vase. And the delivery guy was great, wished me a happy birthday when he handed them to me. They were ordered by my sister in Massachusetts. They were perfect. Thank you, Betty's Flowers!!

I received a beautiful bouquet from them yesterday. Most of the time, you never know with online delivery services what you are going to get and the photos always look nice but the flowers don’t but these are absolutely lovely. I will definitely use them again.

A trying time deserves beautiful flowers. Betty's delivered an out-of-town order to our house, and made two attempts. Plus, they left a phone message to alert us of the delivery, as we were at the doctor's office all day. Stunning bouquets! Thank you!

*DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY *

Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Horrible customer service for a simple delivery two blocks from the store. A purchase was made at 0800 and not delivered after promised. After several calls to the store to confirm delivery, I was told to call back in 10 minutes.... When they were closed. This business is laughable at best. Requesting to refund purchase and never return.
