What an interesting, niche place! We found several treasures among all the shells and geodes in this shop. The owner was nice and helpful. Our only complaint, and not much that could be done to fix this as there are no windows, is more light. We're wondering if maybe the building used to be a bar or something...

What a cool store. So many shells, and a fantastic variety. They also have many other unique and interesting items. A great place for a gift for ant beach lovers you know. Worth checking out just for kicks. Prices seem reasonable.

Bibbey's has been in Imperial Beach for 39 years. I used to take my son there when he was a child to buy the little shells and rocks. They have great wind chimes, puka shell necklaces, earrings, hats and wall hangings. Great for tourists and locals. Nice murals painted outside on the walls.

Interesting little shop full of seashells and different rocks. A decent selection of hand carved tiki masks and other tiki merch for collectors. Most of the non wood items in the shop are extremely fragile and basically break when you look at them. So be careful when browsing.

We had purchased a shark tooth necklace and while on the way back from Cali, I mistakenly threw the bag that held the necklace away. I called asking to buy another and have them mail it to us, and a week later, did so free of charge! Going through a lot at the moment and the man I spoke too - unfortunately never got his name - was extremely kind and made a hard situation just a little better with his kindness and generosity. Safe to say every visit to San Diego will include a stop here! Thank you.
