These guys rock! I had been looking for a Banshee Paradox V3 for quite some time, and there were none in stock where I live (I'm on the east coast in SC).

These guys were getting the frame in, and they built me up a killer custom bike from scratch in just a few weeks. They were very responsive, price was good for a new build, and the bike was built to perfection! I got her yesterday and already put a few laps in, and I have nothing but good things to say about the build!

Would highly recommend these guys, even if you aren't local - like I said, I'm on the other side of the country! Cheers guys and thanks so much! Bill is the man!

This is not Walmart or Rei bicycles! This is a quality shop with quality bicycles and apparel.
I ride a fair amount and appreciate the pro service and the pro bikes. Check out a couple my rides both purchased at B E Great guys and great service!

Pretty frustrating to show up after work to buy my daughter a bike two days before Christmas to find out that they post a note on the door last minute night bike ride. Very unprofessional. Come to find out someone was in there and rushed out before I could get a chance to talk to him. Pretty quick way to lose a 40 year Auburn Local. Luckily the guys at Velo Bikes downtown appreciate how important this week is for customers. I will be shopping there exclusively from now on.

This has now become my LBS for service for all my bikes, and since I ride my bikes pretty hard I literally trust them with my life. Great place, super friendly people, very reasonable prices for service. I would give them 6 stars if I could, but 5 will have to do for now.

I highly recommend Bicycle Emporium without reservation. They are super attentive and the apex of professionalism. I bought a gently used Colnago c59. Bill over delivered. The packaging was great and the bike exceeded expectations. There aren't enough stars to give these guys!
