I went in today 11/2 at around 10am. There are one cashier in front but no one else. After waited 15 mins in the messy shoe s area , I have to go to the front and cashier for help. Finally someone come from the back but looks like half dead. He didn't offer much help at all so I walk out. I will not go back to this store anymore.

They suck. Went in to buy shoes. Saw a pair listed at about $18. Had my size so I said cool. When I went to purchase they rang up at like $70. Wtf, they said people put them back in the wrong place all the time. So that's my fault. It's their people that put them back in the wrong place as I demonstrated to them. I said fine, give me half off and we'll call it good. They said no. I always buy my shoes at big 5 but never again. I don't care if it is twice as much elsewhere, I'll never buy another pair of shoes there.

Convenient parking right in front (Green zone). Well lit store & easy to find merchandise. Staff member helped me search for exercise equipment & graciously tried her best! They were out of 10 & 15 pound dumbbells, but she advised me when the next shipment would arrive 🙂 😃

I love shopping this store. I can usually find what I’m looking for and the staff are very helpful. My complaint is with the dressing room. It was disgusting so much trash on the floor the lighting is horrible and no hooks to hang your items, very disappointing.
