I have brought my car to big dog a couple times to get checked out, once to get rebuilt. I do not get the vibe that they're trying to cheat me, they answer all my questions and explain everything. Transmission was rebuilt in March of 2023 and it's running solid since. My only issue was it needs and adjustment to allow me to use my manual low gears, but was told it's an easy fix so, not bad!

I dropped my truck off Monday to have a new clutch put in and some other work and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. It is sickening how great my truck is driving now. These guys do an awesome job and a very reasonably priced. Hopefully I don't need any more repairs anytime soon but if I do, they will definitely be getting my business.

Horrible!! Do not go here!! If you don't need your car for about six months this place should work. Horrible communication and does not care. Finally had to drive down to his shop to find out what was going on with my car 10 days later!!!! Car had not even been looked at after being told it would be fixed by a certain day. Ended up having to take the car somewhere else. This guy cost us several hundred dollars in rental car fees. Don't take your car there!!!
