If you’re from out of town or not local DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Took them dang near 3 1/2 hours (came in at 1 o'clock left at 4:15) just to run some diagnostic tests and to run a code scanner … absolutely insane and unbelievable. not to mention there was a male customer with a similar issue as mine who came in AFTER I had but still got his looked at faster and was out of there quicker than I was. They then go on and tell me what’s wrong but that now it’s close to 5 they can’t help me out and there’s nothing they can do which sucks because i don’t live here!!! To make the matters even worse they would’ve overcharged and scammed me if I didn’t ask for an itemized receipt, it was only $75ish and they were going to charge me $150!!! lady at front desk said I was being “rude” when I was asking which diagnostic tests were run and why it was that price so I just paid but when she printed out the actual receipt she had to refund me…. i wonder what would’ve happened if i hadn’t asked. Alright people but horrible service, I’d suggest you go to Sanders instead of this place, it’d be cheaper too .

I'm rating Bills Automotive 2 stars all because they did not communicate with me at all during the process of repairing my van's transmission. Making the appointment went great. The initial phone call to get the work started went great, too. However, after that, there was no communication from them at all. I called twice and left messages asking them to call me back with the status of my vehicle. I did not receive any callbacks. After having my vehicle for 3.5 days, my wife called, and they told her that the part had been delayed and they just received it late the night before. Not once did they initiate communication with us. Communication is vital for continued patronage from me. Unfortunately, that did not happen with Bills Automotive.

Super great guy, didn't even pay to have any work done but after our car broke down on the side of the road we ended up at Bill's. Car was beyond repair and we had to leave it parked directly in front of his main door for a week while we sorted stuff out. He was incredibly nice about the whole thing, super knowledgeable and made a pretty terrible situation far more pleasant. 10/10

A good auto shop is so hard to come by but luckily I found Bill's! These guys are honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I had my 2 vans repaired here this year and will not be going back to the dealership as long as Bill's is open. Everything was done on time and correct. I highly recommend you to use them for your auto repair needs!

Had car issues on our way home to Redmond from pdx unfortunately, however bills was able to get me back on the road within a short period of time and did not burn a hole in my wallet.. very appreciative.. thank you guys ✌🏼

They were able to fit my truck into their schedule at the last minute for an oil change. I travel full time with my family in our 5th wheel, so we’re not in one place for very long. Thanks for getting the work done with short notice. We’re on to the next stop!

Our experience with Bill's Automotive was wonderful. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanic that fixed a misfire issue with our challenger that has been giving us grief. Bill's is our second shop looking into the ongoing problem. Thrilled to say no return of misfire and we took it back for the transmission to be serviced. Give Bill's a chance for your repair needs.

Took in my axles and had bearings cut and pressed. They did a great job with in a good time frame.
