Did lots of research ahead of time on their website! They don’t offer anything they claim on their website! I had a $4,500 Dior bag brand new never used with all original tags/dust bag/ and in box that I bought right here in az at fashion square not even a month ago and was only offered $1,550 but then it got even worse and I was told their app came back with authenticity “inconclusive” !! Are you kidding me! Who passes on a $4,500 DIOR Bag brand new!! What a waste of time ! Don’t waste your time like mine was wasted! Only positive thing this place has is collene ! She was at least very professional to me! But the “lady” behind the phone dictating the price and who don’t show her face is a joke ! They won’t do what their website says which is buy or loan on almost anything! If your item isn’t 10k or more dont waste your time! You will get half of any resell value! Stay away people! They definitely don’t want to help people ! 0 stars ! Worst experience ever ! Be ashamed you do nothing you claim on your website! Pathetic!

If you've been considering stopping by, stop considering and just do it. There is no better place in the valley to process your high-end items for sale or loan. It's very nice inside, and I felt safe as its controlled entrance and exiting. The staff are amazing. They are kind, patient, and most importantly, FAIR and HONEST. I wish I'd known about the Biltmore Loan and Jewlery Scottsdale location years ago. I will be a lifetime customer as they have amazing pieces for purchase and out of this world seasonal discounts!
