This store is clean ,neat with wide alses.The cashiers are friendly.The other staff were so helpful to guide you to the correct items.The sales today are great.check out their chitlin special.

Attitude adjustment needed for some not all of the cashiers. Regardless of a customer not knowing whether they're closing their checkout lane or they forgot to turn the lane light on or off, when a customer politely asks are you closing and you don't answer, that customer is going to assume you're still working especially if someone is ahead of them and you're checking their items, then you rudely check my three items, walk away leaving them for me to bag, come back and decide to throw them in a bag and walk off. I have your name on my receipt but I will not call you out cause you need the job more than I do. Check your attitude young lady.

The cashiers are the worst ever no customer service in them at all. Had to complain to management about their attitudes. If you dont want to help the customers go home you don't have to work at that store an give them a bad name! #BUTTNAKETRUTH

Food is very good here. Not a big selection but everything tastes wonderful. Seasoned well. If you are not there by about 2:00 p.m. you won't eat though. The cook in the deli really knows what she's doing. Prices are good. I am never disappointed. Come from east lake just to get lunch here.

I like shopping here and usually I shop at the Pinson store. The store is neat and clean and it easy to get in and out. I would have given a five star yet I didn't because of customer service. The cashiers are frowning and no one speaks inside the store. Years ago a man was murdered inside the store and I'm glad the store didn't shut down. Boost the customer service more and ask the men to stop asking for tips. Allow the customer to tip without being pressured to do so. I can see this store ranking with Public if the customer service improves.
