Highly recommended! Walk in today, I have issues with my tires and Mr. Sherwin was able to take me in right away and got my tires replace the same day. Fast, efficient, and amazingly work. I would come back here for my services . Thank you

BJ’s Wholesale Club was a lifesaver after the recent hurricane. They had all the essential items I needed fully stocked, including gas, which was a huge relief during a time when supplies were scarce. Gas lines were quite long but gas was available… and at a normal price. Their preparedness and reliability made a tough situation much easier to manage.

Before I moved to Thonotosassa, this place was always the go-to place for me because of the prices, great quality goods, and service. It’s not that much of a go-to place because Costco is now closer to me but it’s still great. The water (for some great reason) is better than any place I have ever tasted. I can also count on snacks here, too.

Our daughter just joined today and my wife and I decided to join her to buy some groceries. I was a little disappointed with the meats. The prices were very high and very small selection of turkey products. The deli was very reasonable some things were ok in price However I wouldn't purchase a membership here. For the price of the membership we just felt this store was very expensive.

I shop here weekly it’s not a bad place to shop for groceries but I went to get my propane tank filled at the tire center and the gentleman at the desk started off the conversation by berating me for bringing my propane tank when the signs all around the building say propane tanks filled at the tire center. He then told me he could not fill my tank. It was sprinkling rain outside. I don’t think he couldn’t I think he wouldn’t. Multiple individuals inside complained of bad service before I also received terrible service.

Stood in customer service line for over 30min. The employee saw the line getting longer and longer and didn't even try to call for any help. After waiting for over 30 min finally someone came to help but the line still barely moved. Employees walked past constantly and no one tried to help at all. There was 1 specific employee that was texting on her phone and just walking around. It was very bad on their part for regular customers but especially a new customer like myself.

I went to get gas this morning and they had someone filling in for the normal cashier well they gave him no drawer and I only had cash. It is 52° outside today I was inconvenienced by them not being able to except cash and the stand in cashier was extremely unhelpful and acted like he was bothered that I wanted to save money, using BJ’s gas rather than 7-Eleven gas, which he suggested me to go to. I had to repeatedly ask for a supervisor, which I still did not speak with, this was a terrible terrible terrible experience and if I have another BJ’s to go to I will go there but unfortunately I’m stuck with this BJ’s! I am extremely unsatisfied, and will be reporting this to the BBB at

It’s okay until you need help, liked their long hours on the weekend. Prices are more than the other two around. Tire shop is under staffed, you’re lucky if they pickup the phone or help you to refill your propane tanks. Walked out after 15min of wait, no acknowledgment. I won’t be renewing my membership.
