Friendly staff, pretty well appointed, though not Camp Sherman general store level.
The only negative thing is that they serve terrible, weak coffee, plus it's overpriced. No half and Half, crappy white table sugar...
It's like, if you can't serve decent coffee... just don't do it, it's just rude 🤷😆

Well would have given a 5 star ...because the cashier and the manager of the general store were so nice and helpful knowing that we where doing volunteer work leaving "Trail Magic" for the PCT hikers... but as we where resting before the 13 mile hike back with the 3 gallons of fresh drinking water at $2.99 per gallon(4) bags of ice at $3.99 per bag a 12 pack of soda pop at $12.99 ... (2) bottles of bubbly water at a $1.99per and (2) Popsicles at .99 per .... we sat down had our Popsicles and bubbly waters and packed our cart to pull back to the PCT trail head as we where approached by a man asking if we were home owners or not when we told him what we where doing there and that we were not home owners he said he was just checking on us and was not there to harass us...... it was not 2 mins later when the officer for BBR came to us asking about why where there we told him the same thing and because I did not know the mile maker as I am new to the PCT stuff... he then said, "Can I give you 2 a ride out of here?" That's when we told him sure as we needed to go 13 miles back ... he said oh no that's too far and almost another jurisdiction ... we then said thank you but we will be headed on our way .... and left ..... if you are a PTC Angel. Hiker, OR Allumni volunteer...... you might want to buy supplies in Sisters or even Bend ... due to the unwelcome way we were treated...

They've rebuilt the store as of 2020 and it's awesome - great selection of food, beverages, souvenirs and sundries! It also now has sandwiches made to order. Prices are slightly higher than you'd find in town but for the convenience it's still very reasonable. They've maintained the style of the old store but now it's bigger and has a better layout. Great addition to the Ranch!

Two $13.00 sandwiches with stale bread. Seriously? We got two sandwiches to go on a Saturday afternoon, got to our lunch spot and both the Rye and Sourdough were stale. What a rip off!!!

The “ultimate vegetarian” sandwich is mostly iceberg lettuce and bland tomatoes. Served on dried-out bread.

Over priced, but it’s all that available. Solid selection for a micro store at a resort though. Very clean. Fresh produce somehow. Staff are all quite friendly, and helpful
