I brought my ebike in here on 9/6 after getting Goatheads in my tires near Mitchell, OR, while on tour and the subsequent problems which developed after that. The young woman mechanic dropped what she was doing and quickly and efficiently replaced my tube and added sealant. She checked out my damaged tire bead and advised me to get a new tire in Eugene as they didn't have my size in stock. She was cheerful and talked with me while doing a great job fixing my bike up. I couldn't have asked for better service, especially given my time crunch. Kudos to Blazing Saddles!

I was coming into the Sisters area for the weekend of 4th of July, 2024, and I had a broken rear brake lever. I was able to call Blazing Saddles and set an appointment to get it repaired.

I dropped my mountain bike off at my set schedule, and was told I would get the bike back an entire day earlier. While I waited for my ride to get me from the shop, I bought some new oversized handlebar grips that the technician took for me and 'added to my tab' at the register.

...five hours later, Ken from Blazing Saddles called to tell me my bike was ready, with my new grips installed. I couldn't make it that day, but I swung in on the 4th of July (!!!) and they were open for a few hours (!!!!!!). I paid an incredibly reasonable price for the grips and for the labor for both the install of the grips and the new rear brake lever and then picked Ken's brain for some good spots to ride.

This place rules, and so does the staff. They know their stuff, and the under-promised and over-delivered to me, so that's #winning in my book. I bought I sticker I was so pleased with my first interaction with them (as I know I'll be back to the area again to ride).

We reserved mountain bikes the day before and got them fitted when we arrived the next morning. Everything was ready when we arrived. Picked up the bikes and helmets and were on our way quickly. Six hours later we came back dirty, tired after a near perfect day on the trails. It was great!

Best bike shop around (with all the technical gear AND cute apparel)!! Super knowledgeable/friendly staff who are able to explain things in layman’s terms (for people like me who love biking but aren’t gear heads). We were visiting from out of town and both our Santa Cruz Mt Bikes needed a tune up. We leaned in and got the full overhaul. It was expensive. They fixed my chain issue however now the back disc break rubs. They changed all the fluids on our shocks and brakes. My husband’s left brake isn’t working due to what we believe is an air bubble in the line. Unfortunately we had to leave and unable to return again to have them fix their mistakes. After spending close to 1k we are let down.

Rented E Gravel bikes for the day after at opening hour. When they learned of our planned ride, they did not fuss about letting us leave with a charger! Very easy going, good service.

Blazin Saddles was such a great experience! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. We rented bikes near the end of the season, but the bikes worked great for us and we were tempted to buy these very same bikes because they were having an end of season rental bike sale! I would highly recommend Blazin Saddles!
