Last year my daughter's prom shoes didn't come in time however I was able to find her some backup shoes so if you're looking for something quick and easy and out the door the store is for you

I was so disappointed coming in yesterday. I wanted to do an exchange for a different size but I had already thrown away my reciept when I was cleaning out my car. At first I went to Pleasanton stoneridge cause I live by there and when I went to the bliss in stoneridge the lady said I can do an exchange only but they didn't have the size I want. So she checked south land and they had my size. I was so happy to go because I wanted my right size. Right when I went into the store bliss in south land, this Latin older lady automatically gave me the worst look. I asked if I can do an exchange and she asked if I had the reciept and I said no but I can pull it up on my statement and she said okay. But when she was checking the shoe she automatically assumed that I had worn it and I told her I have never worn the shoe I only had it for three days and she tried pointing out everything on the shoe and nothing was wrong with it so she compared it to the shoe she had on display and I kept telling her I've never worn it and she specifically said "you're lying because the shoe always has a flat surface". I was so mad that she called me a liar, giving me the worst service, it's not like I wanted to return I just wanted my right Size so I just left the shoes there on the counter for them to figure it out cause I didn't want it anymore. This lady is an older woman who is Latin with shoulder length hair. Kind of on the husky side. I've never worn the shoe everything was brand new but she was pointing everything out. Even her coworker said there was nothing wrong with the shoe. So then they both went back to "you don't have a reciept" when the Latin lady said it was okay. I'm just so upset about that.. Im with corporate and to experience such horrible customer service by her is by far the first and last time that will happen to me. I'm never shopping at this location again.
