Great personnel, very helpful. I bought oil and filters to change engine oil and hydraulic oil.
I had a problem with my loader not raising correctly and the 3 point hitch also did not operate correctly. They talked me through what to look for, it turns out the yellow line was connected to the blue line. I connected the yellow Line to the red line now everything works properly. I want to thank the guys that helped me with this issue. I will use Blount County Tractor for all my Kubota parts needs in the future.

this place is so crooked it’s not even funny. spoke with parts about a belt for my mower. no issue with them. i have an issue with the service “manager”. he told me my price was $100 out the door. 3-1/2 hours later to replace a DECK BELT that i had already removed he raised the price of my service. he charged me extra because of “issues”. i wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. save your money and go else where

I needed service and was very pleased with the experience. The service manager, service writer, and technician were all very helpful. I had scheduled the needed repairs to be done and was told how long it would take. The staff was helpful in unloading and reloading my equipment as well as explaining the work performed. Great job by all involved.

I had been having issues throwing the drive belt on my lawnmower. These guys were able to fix the issue and now it performs like new again with no problem. The pricing was reasonable as well. Thanks again guys for all your help!

To start off I’m a paraplegic so I asked the salesman to come outside to show me some of the lawnmowers since mine died today. It started off ok then I guess I was asking too many questions. He was very inattentive and came off as quite rude. Needless to say...I will never do business with them ever!
