They purposely stock bootleg vapes to buy cheaper and sell them at the higher authentic prices. After pointing this out to a cashier (who obviously had no idea they were doing this), they NO LONGER ALLOW YOU TO CHECK AUTHENTICITY CODES.

Long story short, a friend bought me a vape and didn't test it in the store. When I tried it, it tasted terrible, like chemicals. Checked code on box, website shows the code has been checked over 200 times. (it was covered with a scratch-off, should only be checked the one time you yourself check it). Indicator lights are dimmer, print is wrong (dots inside the circles), mold is lower quality (CE indicator on bottom), different colored toggle switch (might be normal to have different colors, not 100% sure on this part).

Anyways, I decide to go buy another and let the cashier know I got a fake. She lets me check the code of the next one I buy no problem.

Next time I go back (today), they inform me I'm NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK AUTHENTICITY CODES.

I have to buy it and hope it's not bootleg. This is because if I scratch a code and it shows fake, they have to take it back. They could theoretically put it back on the shelf if I don't open it (I wouldn't unless I paid for it and verified authentic) but the box would be scratched and people wouldn't buy it. They could no longer scam people.

Disgusting business practices and there will be consequences for knowingly selling potentially dangerous bootlegs.

Super nice lady, working both stores! What a sweetheart. Answered all my questions with no judgement. This little store has thee coolest glass pieces and a big variety as well, every type of smoker will find what their looking for here!

I go in there for the first time and they immediately just gave me attitude. I could tell one of them was already annoyed working. The guy was nicer but he was still a little rude. It did seem like maybe it was not really a good day for them, because the guy, obvi, the supervisor or boss, and that woman who was rude, weren't quite getting along. Perhaps, I just walked in at a bad time, who knows. But either way, each business should act professional and be willing to help their customers. The boss guy, like I said was a bit nicer, was helpful, but that lady, clearly, was annoyed helping customers. I wouldn't want anyone who walks into a place for the first time feel unwelcomed.

I called in today to see if they had an item, or if they even carried it, and I will now never go into the store due to the treatment I received.

The man answered and I asked if they had it, he said they have multiple styles of it. I told him the exact item I was looking for, a “Puffco peak pro”, and he stated again they Multiple styles, which confused me, as they do not have styles for the main device, they do for attachments, and glass options, but they don’t for the actual Puffco peak pro.

I told him they don’t have styles and asked maybe if he was talking about the color options, and he started listing off green, orange, and other colors. This confused me more as the device itself does not come in those colors.

While I was trying to clarify, he the. Told me “that I could come look, or if not I should not call back”.

The reason I called was because there was a snow storm and don’t want to be out driving around to stores just to find out they don’t have the item I want.

Not sure why a store would want to tell a customer not to call. But in fact I will not call, nor ever step foot in the store now:) thank you for showing what type of business you run and hope others find this review helpful too!

Worst customer service i have ever received! Went in a week ago was told a price for an item went back tonight to get it and was told $15 more than price last week!!! Told the owner himself and he said who told u that! Idk one of your EMPLOYEES DUDE!!! I said forget it I can go get it from the guy on the corner and he said then go to guy the on corner! So I threw item on counter and told him I would never come back!!!!! He said good never come back 😂😂😂 I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what kind of business owner you are tooo!!!!
