I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. Thank you so much Boggs!

I stopped in to Boggs today to inquire about a clasp on my bracelet which made it unwearable. A lady who was working there looked at it and repaired it promptly on the spot with no charge. I don’t know how service can get any better than that. My dad was a jeweler and that’s the way he would have done it ! But that kind of service, unfortunately , is rare to find these days. I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!!

Called to repair my cuckoo clock. The gentleman on the phone explained to me how to fix my problem over the phone and at no charge. Who does that anymore? Boggs is first class in my opinion!

Mark and his family(staff) of jewelers are great and they are an institution in this city. They make you feel like family. They know how precious things can be. They did a marvelous job restoring my mom's 52 year old name ring. When it was brought in, the band was worn very thin and broken and there were cracks on both sides of it. She said it looks like it did when she first received it as a graduation present from high school. They even got the etching restored. Thank you so much. She is in awe. I've brought two Seiko watches here. Boggs is so quick to assist and remedy any issue I have. Battery replacement is cheap, $15... And the second time the watchband clasp was misaligned and wouldn't secure itself closed. They took 30 seconds to adjust it and handed it back to me. No charge. Great people work here and that's why I will continue to give them my future business. Thanks Boggs

I had taken two bracelets in for repair. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. Today I went in to pick them up and was told that they were not ready, in fact they hadn't even started working on them. The man who I spoke to said they were behind, people had been sick etc and items would be completed in 3 weeks. Today was the 29th day they had my bracelets. The man asked if I wanted them back? I took the back. Just very disappointed as I have been to this shop many times over the years. We recently moved 2 hours away but I still made the trek to this store. I told the person that I lived 2 hours away and he said items are taking 3 weeks. I would have been more understanding if the person wasn't so rude. Not once did he say, sorry there has been a delay etc. Guess I will find a new jeweler closer to home as I no longer will return to Boggs.

Just picked up my Citizen watch from here to have the crown fixed. Came here on a recommendation from Batteries Plus. They were able to take care of it within a day unlike Old Northeast Jewelers (refer to my review for information), very friendly. Definitely going back and will recommend.
