Would not recommend. We came by to buy 2 dresses around 6 pm and it was closed but they left this note on the door. We bought some other things we needed and came back about an hour later. They were still closed. It’s advertised as open until 9:00 pm. A closed sign would have been much better than a well back later sign when they clearly weren't. Very disappointing because they do have beautiful dresses.
I called the number on the sticky note and the one on the Yelp page and no one picked up. I also couldnt leave any messages on either.
Based on yelp reviews this happens often.
Dont waste your time, they might not be open when you go.

Paid for a dress to be ordered. I paid full price after finding out that I only needed a deposit. I haven’t even picked it up and apparently I can’t get my money back. I am telling them this isn’t fair since I actually haven’t even seen the dress in that color. Apparently I can exchange it for a fee, but I already tried on all of their options and it wasn’t a fit or the color I needed which is why I had to order one.

This is a horrible store. We paid over $500 for a dress and the rude sales girl said they would call us when dress arrived. Three weeks later no call. We called and they said dress arrived. We asked why they did not call and she said “it’s because we got a bunch of prom dresses.” ? We asked if we need to make an appointment to pick it up. Rude salesgirl said to just walk in. Here we are on a Saturday 2 days later and they are closed. Posted times online say they are open until 9pm. Tried to call multiple times. Cannot leave a message because voice mail is not set up. We have been waiting two hours now. May need to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Pretty upset right now.

The WORST place to go. Please look for ALL possible stops before deciding on this place. Lost my deposit even though I called numerous times about a dress (they don’t answer their phones) another dress came in late & we had to go to the store & ask for it just for them to tell us it still wasn’t available. All of their dresses are overpriced go to HP & try on dresses because they absolutely have all the styles and at a lower cost, also, they do not charge you to try on dresses in HP(Huntington Park). This store really shouldn’t have 2 locations at West Covina I wonder the association because they really are terrible.

Do not buy a dress from here! They do not do refunds! If you order a dress and your not happy with it or it doesn't fit properly you can not get a refund, ridiculous policy they have. I never took the dress home it was still in the store and they still will not give me a refund. Do not sign the receipt! Horrible dress shop! I want to save you from the anger and stress that I went through.

The worst place to buy a dress. I paid and order my dress . Went in to get fitted and they said they couldn’t find it. They lied and said they had it there a few hours ago when they spoke to me over the phone but when I arrived to get fitted they couldn’t find it. ( LIE ) then they said they would refund me the money and didn’t have the money to do so. They had to borrow from another store next door. No apology from them at all. Do not trust this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . In my opinion, they don’t deserve even one star. But I had to give it or I wouldn’t be able to write my review.

Bad experience and horrible Customer Service. We ordered an outfit for my grandson’s baptism. The girl told us it will take about a week that we could pick it up the following week on Thursday. Thursday came around, we go pick it up and we were told the shipment hasn’t been delivered but that it would be there soon. We waited about an hour and for nothing. The next day (Friday) we went to pick it up. I noticed it was not the style nor the color that we ordered. I brought it to the girl’s attention and she told me that If that’s what we got is because they didn’t have the style or color we ordered. I told her that she didn’t mention that could happen & no one call to communicate that to us. She was rude and with a bad actitud. Don’t shop there!! I do not recommend.

Try to sell whatever they want. They had called and told us to come on Saturday, and so we got here and they're closed. They haven't answered when called anyways.
Horrid customer service, they kind of feel detached from the clients. When trying on a dress, the employees simply acted like robots, very serious and the air was tense.
