The gentleman helping was very knowledgeable and patient with me during my shopping time there. I needed a suit and was very pleased with his professionalism. Price was what I expected to pay as the quality and attention to detail mattered to me. Once ordered and it came back, it fit perfectly. The tall thin gentleman was fantastic. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a high quality suit and the like.

Recently, I posted about an event with a black-tie dress code. From the moment I found out about it, I was reminded that I’d been talking about getting a black suit for a while. I had been putting it off because, in the past, purchasing a suit always took days due to measurements, availability, and other factors. I even looked into rentals online, but that option also required time.

The day of the event arrived, and I decided to visit one of the big-name men’s suit stores. As soon as I walked in, a salesperson approached me and asked what I was looking for. I replied, “I’m looking for a black suit.” He then asked, “When do you need it by?” I said, “Today.” His response? “Oh no, you won’t be able to get one, not even through our sister company. Once you select a suit, it needs adjustments, and that process takes about 3-4 days.”

At that moment, I was reminded of the limitations of corporate culture—where everything is standardized, and employees are bound by those standards. As a business owner, I understand and even appreciate the efficiency of such systems. But as a customer, all I cared about was that they couldn’t deliver what I needed. Their standards didn’t matter to me.

Then, I remembered a suit boutique at the Altamonte Mall. I went there immediately, this time ready with a direct request: “I need a black suit today.” The salesperson then began showing me options. Although they didn’t have a black suit in my size in-store, the team got creative. They used a different suit in a similar style to take my measurements and adjustments, then reached out to their sister store to source the black suit I needed.

The salesperson suggested a time-saving plan: instead of waiting for the suit to be sent back to their store, I could pick it up directly at the alteration shop. They coordinated with their sister store and the alteration team to prioritize the adjustments and ensure the suit was ready just in time for my event.

My heart was full of joy—not because I got the suit, but because I admired how the team had the spirit of getting it done. The creativity in figuring out how to take my measurements using another suit, sourcing the black suit through their sister store, coordinating logistics to improve delivery time, and partnering with other vendors (the alteration company) to give it priority brought me immense joy. This kind of success can only happen when people are empowered to do their job.

The tall slender fashion consultant that works there is virtually a free fashion consultant. He has the know how and the knowledge of fashion to pick out the clothes that will make you stand out and their clothes here stand out for their eye appeal, color and wrinkle free resistance. The consultant here gives you a free garment bag of high quality that can fit two suits in it with no worries of wrinkles at all. This place's service and clothes are a Marvel in the industry and you will not break your budget especially with the fabulous sales they have from time to time.

Not only was he very honest and had great energy he genuinely wanted to help me me look good and find something that I was happy with. Super unfriendly and unprofessional tall male working at this location. I didn't purchase the four I picked out because he was being a little short so I got two and he refused to give me a second bag and stuff the two suits in the same one. Getting a little wrinkled, I didn't get the tailoring option or shipping option so he was also pissed about that. He gave me a second bag after coming up with a whole bunch of lame excuses. Ruined the experience for me, wont be telling my family and friends about this place anymore. So many designers out there, will not tolerate disrespect. Owner is nice met him in Orlando and spoke to him twice. But unfortunately haggling for a few dollars costed a few hundred for this salesman.
