Scam, ordered a $30 personalised store and recieved a templated theme with 50 products that they just give every other customer. Impossible to market as it over saturates the products.

I also recieved a $97 known transaction and when confronting the customer support team I recieved a templated email not addressing my concerns at all.

Will be disputing the transactions and pursuing legal action Under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), false advertising and misrepresentation are prohibited. Specifically, Section 5(a) states that "unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce" are unlawful.

Scam! They sold my son a $15 premade online store. In one day we got a $297 and another $79 hidden charges. Contacted Brand Box and the cancellation process is ridiculously complicated. Disputing with credit card company now.
