I don’t know where to start, I invested over $100,000 in new equipment from these guys, had the worst experience in service no communication at all dropped off my machine at there facility, next thing I know it’s off site at a chop shop getting painted, I drove to there office to get clarification and paperwork on work that was done to machine I was told to leave the building or I will be trespassing, I almost had to call the sheriff on this guy called Jeff! He sucks at his job and I feel bad for those who work there and have to put up with his nonsense! I called back saying to him you never did the work that I originally brought the machine for, his response we can no longer service your machine because of the incident we had! Very interesting buy a new machine and they will not service it ! They used an unlicensed JCB shop to do some cheap work on my machine without my authorization to take the machine offsite ! Here is a picture below if were you I would avoid this place !

Great customer service. Ernie in the parts dept and Jodie in Service are the best. They always get back to me quickly with whatever answer I need. The road techs are very knowledgeable and proficient. All around very pleased with this branch.

Very Happy with this Company. Purchased a used 1999 JCB 214s (CXE) excavator that needed repairs (machine kept stalling). Briggs JCB in Ft Myers did an excellent job of identifying a very difficult problem and solved it. Machine has been running great. In addition, they made recommendations for additional repairs that I could do myself, helped me extensively with who to use to get those parts repaired without extra expense. Service is great. I was very happy with the outcome (no one likes to get a bill, but can't stop that).

Parts department has been particularly helpful in getting me all the items I need quickly. On occasion, they have recommend alternatives to new parts that makes the job more efficient and cost effective. Again, very happy with both Service & Parts.

I would highly recommend this company. It is my go to for that machine.

Top notch sales and service. They always have everything I'm looking for. I worked with Justin McBride and he is always super helpful. I bought a 35z-1 excavator they had in stock. It was a demo model and they replaced some of the stickers that had come off.

It made it through the hurricane without an issue. I also bought pallet forks for the skid steer and picked them up same day.

Would recommend.

I am reaching out to thank the great staff at this location that took care of my ASV RT40 today. It needed a warranty repair and left it with them. Jodie was working remotely and still made sure that Mr. Sandro was able to take care of this for me. When I arrived to pick up the machine every thing was fixed and cleaned up neatly. I also had them do a fluid change which was done nicely at a price that I considered fair. I call this a laziness fee because it is simple to do but I prefer to have them do it. It was so nice to go for service and have everything go so smooth. I will definitely be happy to return in the future.

I called the sales Department Spoke with a salesman named Justin. Told him I wanted purchase a new machine 270T. Was told they have a brand known with 4.5 hours on it. I am homesick the sales man Justin told me he would go check out the machine which he did got back to me perfect condition so we made a deal and I purchased that I sent a truck to go pick it up the salesman he followed the truck driver back to my house and Naples FL All on videotape when they unloaded the machine the door did not open from the inside the home machine with scratch all over it 14.8 hours on it the track was ripped open The door had a big scratch in it which led right to the rubber molding around the door and rip that open also all on video I was shipping this machine to New Hampshire where I live. Salesman Justin talk to the owner which I have on text message and voice recording they would replace all the damage parts they would drop them off at my house I could take the parts up North with me The truck came and took the machine up North once the deal was funded. Would not take my calls anymore was called by the service department which was arguing with me telling me they're not fixing anything Service manager hung up on me ! And if I wanted to bring it to them they would inspect it & Warrant The damage items . They knew the machine was already On the way to New Hampshire. I have text messages and recordings saying everything is covered the owner has approved.Now I'm stuck with a damaged machine and they don't even take my calls worst company in the world I & calling corporate the Better Business Bureau and getting my lawyer involved stay away Badd badd company 😒 Stay far away! Also I have a picture of it advertised online for 0% down & $875 Per month! They did all the paperwork. I get called by the finance company four days later after delivery. My payment is $1049.00 Per month. I am a resident of New Hampshire it is a non-tax state! False advertisement. Don’t go near that place you’ll get ripped off just like what happened to me.
