Their manager used foul language as if he’s a child . My delivery was late AGAIN! I’m owed a credit that I have not received.. they are unprofessional and very difficult to deal with . Have no appreciation for customers year round

The best equestrian supplies store in Wellington? No, in Florida!!! Undoubtedly the best, with the best customer service, the best prices, and the widest variety, and I heard they're going to improve even more soon. Congratulations.

Refused to sell Cryptaero horse feed - guy went on a sanctimonious rant about selling to non-locals trying to wipe out the supply from locals. Which is a joke given that we were literally only asking for 6 bags. Go to Gold Coast instead. Not far and much better service.

UPDATE: The response to this review isn't true. We weren't "stocking up" and they had NOT already been to another store to "buy as much as they could". That's completely false. We were buying 6 bags total. And we called in the previous day and were NOT told you only had 3 bags or we wouldn't have bothered coming to your store. We were told you had plenty of bags. The person my brother-in-law spoke with at the store also had a horrible attitude and was not gracious about it, as their response would indicate. Again, I'll restate that my recommendation is to go to Gold Coast - same area and better customer service.

Greta customer service! The hay is high quality and consistent. The delivery guys don’t always clean up after themselves - they will sometimes move things around and/or borrow things and not put them back.
