Just lost a customer because of fake products. I paid almost $30 for this product which turned my child’s hair white. They wouldn’t exchange it. I would’ve paid the difference. The lady didn’t have an explanation for it, bad customer service.

Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. Read the reviews. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Will never set foot in there again! The only thing you guys serve is attitude. The owner is quick to argue. The Jamaican girl is rude.

Clearly I saw no exchange or store credit. But if your son didn’t mention card refund to me that day. I would not of mentioned that back, so be so for real.

The only good customer service I received was infact from him. I wished I just did make him refund that day and left. Would’ve spared me from this encounter.
Because he was very nice and considerate, don’t know his name or I would’ve mentioned. Check back your store audio footage and listen to it (which you probably won’t) because I know I wasn’t hallucinating when he said that! I barely write reviews but I had to write this one.

Everyone else needs to go to customer service training, quite frankly. Especially the owner.

No professionalism, you guys are a joke honestly. Not driving another 25 minutes to be met by a lack luster experience.
All you guys are good for is giving attitude! Never once raise my tone, very calm throughout the encounter and the owner says I’m arguing?! lol

I would give zero stars if i could . Say they open at 830 been sitting outside and the doors are still closed . If you don’t open til later change the time on the google site crazy

They are very rude and unhelpful to the disabled. Then when you try to talk to “so called management “ she off top no question say they not rude. I’ve spent a lot of money with this business but they will never get another penny from me after how they treated my mother. Don’t spend your money in this business there is another black hair store in Lynn Haven by Wynn Dixie try it. Color has nothing to do with it seeing I’ve been a black District Manager for over 10 years it’s the management period and you’re right I don’t be in the store anymore I’ve been going where my money is appreciated and I will be contacting BBB about this company and the way they treat the disabled. I'm giving four stars because they do have great customer service. They are willing to help you find what you need. My only thing is....shady pricing! Somethings do not have price tags on the items. I can go in one week and pay a price and the next time I go in, the price on the same thing I brought last time is different. The prices are never the same and I pay attention to my money I spend. That's the only thing! Y'all prices need to be consistent! Different employees is charging different prices!

This hair store is well shock and they have one item in different colors or styles. The staff is helpful with locating products and the sell clothes too

I’m writing to talk about an ongoing issue. This place is ULTRA SHADY (owners especially) . As always as soon as I walk in I’m met with an utter disregard and disrespect from the staff, who ALWAYS exhibit rude behavior and display a lack of basic courtesy especially the ladies that work here. I kid you not they will stare you dead in the face wearing the worst wig possible and not say a word and then proceed to follow you around and watch you like a hawk. It happens EVERYTIME and I always say I’ll never go back and I plan to but it’s always that 1 item you really really need anywho .

The lack of acknowledgment upon my entrance, contrasted with the prompt greeting extended to another customer, was particularly disheartening. Furthermore, the pervasive attitude of scrutiny and unwelcoming demeanor towards patrons was unmistakable.

It is recommended that individuals refrain from patronizing this establishment to discourage such behavior. Your decision to stop spending money here is commendable and aligns with the efforts to promote equality and inclusivity.

I would like to recommend Lisenby Beauty as a shining example of exceptional customer service and inclusivity. Their approach to customer care serves as a benchmark for how patrons should be treated.
