Stopped to shop on a Saturday and wasn't disappointed!

Sales staff was friendly and helpful right out the gate. I was specifically looking for shoes to wear for work and standing on concrete all day.

*Update* These shoes have helped my back pain in just 3 days. Went from a constant 7 to about a 2 on a scale of 1-10..10 being the worst. What a difference!

I was greeted, asked if I was looking for something specific, and led to several selections that would meet my needs.

After trying on 2 pairs and deciding on one I was offered the option of adding medical grade insoles. I agreed and the sales person measured both feet and came back with a set to try in my new shoes

Great overall service and the store was clean and inviting. Glad they are open on Saturday because I simply couldn't make time during the week!

Went into Browns looking for some work boots and Jason took his time making sure the boot was suited for my needs and that it was as custom fit to my foot as possible. I've never been in a shoe store that cares about their customers comfort as much as they do at Browns. The prices were extremely reasonable as well.

TL;DR: Amazing place to buy shoes, I'll be back for sure!

Brown’s Shoe Fit provides GREAT Quality Shoes and terrific variety. Mostly, I cannot brag enough on their service. Owner, Jason Martin is very knowledgeable and has trained his staff incredibly well. Shout out to Roxanna-she’s an absolute rockstar.

Excellent service and selection. Was in town working and called to see if they had my boot since mine got flooded the night before in a rain storm on the job site. They had it in stock so I asked directons from the hotel I was staying at. The gentleman offered to take my card info over the phone and hand delivered my boots to me at the hotel in less than 5 minutes! I was amazed that they were willing to go the extra mile and help me out in a pinch to get me exactly what I needed! Excellent people to work with.

Bought a pair of shoes there last weekend. Wore them for two days and the right one was hurting my foot terribly. I have been buying this brand and style of shoe for a couple of years now, and love them. This was out of the norm for them. Took them to the store today and told the staff what was happening. They went out of their way to make things right. They know what it means to take care of the customer. Great staff!! Will keep going back for sure.

Very nice people. They didn't have the shoe we needed but the salesman measured our son's foot anyway to help us when we went to another store. Great store for adult shoes.
