Justin was my sales rep. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us!! We were looking at vehicles, but ultimately ended up building a vehicle online straight from the manufacturer and had it delivered to Burkins chevrolet. Justin made the process so easy from start to finish. He even let me know personally the location of the vehicle as it traveled to the dealership. Just bought a new 2024 Tahoe RST from Burkins, the experience was amazing! David was very knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to get things done. Jack was very personable and just a cool dude! Dustin in finance was also great, and willing to go the extra mile to get us the best rate. I took my wife 's 22 Equinox to Burkins for an oil change . A couple months later when I went to change the oil myself I found that these guys had over tightened the filter to the point that I almost could not get the filter off even with pliers made for taking off stuck oil filters .
I'm a tradesman , I'm strong and I have a hell of a grip . I work with a lot of engineered torque specs . My job involves a lot of torque wrenching , doing HVAC hydronics . Butterfly valves flanges manifolds circuit setters ect can be very fickle . That filter probably had 50 to 60 lb/ft on it . So I decided to email them about this rather than putting them on blast on Google reviews .
They couldn't even be bothered to answer my email . So here we are . They didn't get a basic oil change right so I won't be going back for anything ever . I suggest you find somewhere else also .
The review stays , don't bother contacting me at this point . I won't care about your canned reply either . I would rather walk somewhere else to buy a car .

I found all the staff in the service center to helpful and kind. From staff striking up a conversation to informing me of the latest on my truck, all whom I interacted with were great.
Oil change service was booked 2 days in advance. No delay once I arrived and was out in about an hour. No surprises on the invoice.
All good here.
