Beyond thankful there are still places that don’t price gouge you. I’m from Houston Texas and on my way out of town to come to visit family in Bald Knob my AC went out, I got quoted $1900 on the outskirts of Houston. Well we decided to push through and get the car fixed somewhere in town. My uncle made some calls and found this garage. When they told me the total $565, I thought no way. They fixed my car in a few hours and even than I was thinking they are going to find something else wrong or change the price… NOPE, I also get a one year warranty. From the moment I walked in everyone was nice. You can truly tell when people care about what they do. Even though the situation of driving 8hrs with no AC was absolutely terrible, what a blessing it is to have a genuine mechanic.

Spencer and all the folks here are outstanding. He kept me updated throughout my vehicle's repair, made recommendations, and went above and beyond my expectations. He didn't charge me an excessive amount either. Honestly, I felt that I underpaid, but as he told me, he was just trying to run an honest business. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, he went on a test drive with me, explained what they had done, and answered all of my questions.

All I can say is so far I've only talked to Spencer on the phone and had my truck towed there ! He has been very helpful and respectful over the phone. I truly appreciate Spencer answering my questions over the phone. I'm more than confident that Spencer and Busted knuckle will get my truck running!!!

I went in thinking I needed a motor mount. Had tests ran and got the issue solved and vehicle fixed in less than an hour. Spencer and Richard are both great people and would recommend 20/10

The place sounds and appears unorganized. The owner? was willing to fit me in next day to change an O2 sensor. The apparent employee that I interacted with when I arrived was rude, stern, he stared, he didn't greet, smile, no hand shake, no smile, no "how can I help you?", no "my name is ____ with the garage", he was sarcastic,......that was enough for me to leave.
