Every time I stop in at a buy 2 in Roseburg I regret it. The employees are always unprofessional crackheads. Who is in charge of hiring these morons?There is no customer service at all. There's plenty of other good options in town, I can't think of a single good reason to get fuel or food at buy 2 ever again.

Just left this location 2 minutes ago. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us at their shop, so shame on us for giving them another chance. We pulled up to get a fill and 2 employees literally stood there leaning up against the ice machine outside staring at us. They made no move to come help. I told my husband maybe we pump our own now so after sitting there for a couple minutes we hollered over and asked them. They said, “no it’s really slow” not really sure what that was supposed to mean?!! You only help people when it’s busy This will be the last time we stop there on our way out of town for a fill. Pitstop down the road was happy to help us with a smile, they will get our business from now on.

Taylor the cashier was extremely rude. Got confused when I asked for the price of a bottle of water as there was no price posted. Then when I asked for a receipt he to make sure he didn’t over charge me as I purchased 13 items, drinks and snacks for me and my two boys on our to the snow, he sighed and exhaled loudly clearly annoyed. Upon reviewing my receipt I noticed I had been double charged for each deposit on each crv item I purchased and next to the item it clearly stated #of items 1. Crv $.20. I wasn’t aware of any increase for crv deposits so I asked if it had gone up recently and he stated no it’s $.10. I showed him my receipt and asked why I had been double charged for the crv deposit on each item. His response was “man idk. Idk what happened” o explained it wasn’t a big deal about the $.40 I really wasn’t worried about forty cents, but was trying to make him aware that his system was double charging for deposits and needed to be fixed. Me Taylor the cashier started cursing and said “well you are making a big deal about $.40 cents! So you know what, as he pulled out and opened his wallet, here’s a dollar! Now everyone happy huh?!”

I told him it wasn’t about the $.40 I was over charged, it was the fact that his system was double charging EVERYONE. That adds up quick and the stores making a profit off it. It’s also the principle.
