Cabela's in Huntsville Alabama was a Awesome store to vist. The store had a very nice setup from the outside of the store to the inside of the store. The store had a lots of great items to choose from. The deer area was stocked very well and had a lots of items to choose from. I also looked at the boats they was very nice and is thinking about buying one. The wildlife setup was very nice also had a lots of great animals to see as you walk around the store. I looked at the gun area also and they had a large selection of shotguns and rifles to choose from. The pistols they had also was very nice a they had a large selection to choose from. I also looked in the clothing department and the have a large selection to choose from for any of your hunting needs. The store also have a very nice setup for coolers in you need any for camping or anything else on your adventure. The store is located in a very nice area and easy to get to without any problems at all. I would say is you are in the Huntsville area for a day or so you can not go wrong by visiting the Cabela's store. The store will really meet any of your hunting, fishing, camping needs all year round.

Excellent location and experienced staff. Very pleased with the visit. The fly fishing options within the store are very limited, it would be nice to see this expanded upon with fly tying supplies that bass pro regularly carries. Management know you have a solid team aboard.

Great place to stop by if your looking for fishing and hunting stuffs they’ve got it all. From fishing live bait to different parts of boat or charter boats.

Also, some essential clothings for fishing l, camping and hunting.

The young man who checked us out could have been more friendly. Was very condescending. Probably shouldn't laugh at your customer who is helping pay your wages. The young lady who got me my fishing license was wonderful.

Always fun coming in, but really don’t like having to dodge salespeople everywhere we go. We were clearly walking fast through another section to get to the safes and a salesperson cut us off and tried to get us to walk to the fishing section with them. It was a little too aggressive for us considering we had already politely told them we came for a purpose and it was not for fishing. We probably would have stayed in longer and bought something else if we did not feel like we had to avoid salespeople while we browsed.

Good place to get good gear, but seems they have stepped up their "sales game". Can't go in without someone at some point trying to sell you a credit card, travel package or something.
I purchased a rod, and they ended up stringing it in reverse. We had to buy a restring kit, luckily the middle of nowhere fishing spot had some string and a mini string holder.
My son bought a rod from here, and it broke a few months back, and he decided to continue using it. It broke even worse and we brought it in. They were not willing to even exchange it. Rod was still in amazing condition otherwise, but we were beyond the window of returns. I get it, but at the same time you guys lost my sons business. The rod manufacturer makes you pay for shipping there and back, and the rod itself isn't worth all of that, especially if it happens again, and there is no guarantee they would replace it. I asked him where and wanted to just buy a new one, and we ended up going to academy and purchasing a new rod.

Typical outdoor sports store. It probably has what you're looking for.
When checking out, the machine wouldn't read the chip on our card, so they were able to print up the receipt and send us over to customer service and pay there. Very convenient.

Great staff all around. Quite attentive and genuinely helpful. Gives great recommendations and suggestions. Wide variety of all things outdoors. They need to do more to market to the residents here as I fear they might leave, for lack of business. Always not busy. Need marketing guys !!! You got great items, with ok prices...just need to let the community you are here and what you offer. Five stars to the guy in the eyeglass section. He had a stutter, like myself, and was able to help us in an impeccable way.
