*DO NOT GO HERE** I was just here and got scammed of money. The guy working there was advertising the custom sweaters for $20 TOTAL. When I put my card in to pay the register said $20 after I put my card in the worker bumped it up to $92! I tried getting a refund but he pointed at a “ no return policy “ sign that was hidden next to the register. PLEASE DONT GO HERE AND GET SCAMMED. Filing a dispute with my bank of this.

Wish I would have read the reviews on here before wasting my money. Spent almost $400 on 3 shirts for my husband, 3 shirts for myself, a pair of shorts, and a keychain souvenir. He'd initially told me "special price for you, $10!!!" So I picked out a bunch of shirts thinking it would be around $150.... $200 at the very most. He tried getting me to buy more at the wnd, when I asked him what my total was. He said "you get special promotion! You get 2 free shirts, you just pay for print!!!" I declined, because it had already taken me so long to decide what I wanted on my existing selection. I'm glad it worked out that way because it would have overdrawn my account had I gotten anything else! He also said he put a "protection coat" over the print, it normally costs (x stupid amount) "but I only charge you (x stupid fraction of x stupid amount)!!!" I literally wore one of my shirts for half a day, didn't even wash it, and the print is already cracking. I should have just shopped at the buckle tor that price! At least you get what you pay for at name brand places! I'm so disappointed, they really know how to trick tourists - guess that's why they have the job that they do!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! My family and I went into the store to get souvenirs, you know you usually think cheap crappy shirts right? No we got about a $200 price tag on our crappy shirts. My mother was in a so much shock when he told us this that she didn't know how to react. He grabbed her debit card and stuck it into the machine before she could consent to the price after hustling us into buying more because they said that if you bought 3 you got one free. Good deal right! Not when they charge you $7.99 a letter. We got a shirt that was already printed we ask "how much is the shirt with the panda on it" we are told that it is $34.99 a little pricey but not to bad, however it was rung up as $64. Not only do they lie about their pricing they cheat money out of people, and practically force you out of the purchase more than you agree too.

Bought a $40 dollar shirt for my boyfriend, it was ruined after one wash. We were both super sad so I checked the label and these shirts are LINE DRY! It's unusual to buy a shirt that needs to be line dried, so it would have been nice if the staff had cared to mention that fact. But after I made my purchase, the guy handed me the shirt, tried to up-sell me, and when I said no thank you, he pretended like I didn't exist. If I had known how much the TOTAL cost was going to be, I never would have made this purchase, but it would have been nice if they'd let me know the shirt needed to be line dried! I'm going to post this every where I can, so hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake I did.

I bought shorts that were twenty dollars, he said they were twelve, and they are made from the cheapest material I have ever seen used to make clothing, and completely see thru. And the guy working, he was very snobby and rude throughout the entire experience. Which is fine if that's how things are run there, I just will never be going back even in a desperate situation. And discourage anyone else in the area from going there as well. Over all, ultimate thumbs down.

These people are scandalous and will rip you off anyway possible. Be sure you check EVERYTHING on whatever it is you purchase . Their no EXCHANGES or returns are true to those words. I bought a $34 sweatshirt which was never worn. I got it home and was getting it ready to ship to my sister in Texas when I found part of the sleeve on the seem needed to be sewn back together. I took it back to exchange it (I don't sew at all) and a rude woman told me they would not exchange it and that I should "stitch it back together" myself. I always try to support small business in Huntington Beach as that's where I live. Now I will spend the same energy making sure everybody knows these people are rip off artists.
