I don’t leave reviews until I been to a place at least 4 times. I have been to this location a few times more then that and they have treated me the same all the time. Like a brother! It could be “my personality” that bonds with there’s, but I have seen them treat other customers the same. Thanks to our “COVID masks” they don’t recognize me but I always get treated like a regular customer. They are knowledgeable on welding and the equipment and supplies they sell. If you are new to welding and are serious about welding, I recommend you to come see them in Hesperia and pick up your equipment there! You will be happy on how long quality welding equipment last compared to China freight! if you are a season welder, they have what you need at good prices compared to other welding supply places near by. I came in to purchase a new Tig setup. I know name brand cost more but reliability and quality is in the price and You get what you pay for. I still have and use heavily, my old Lincon Mig welder I bought in the mid 90,s with all original parts except torch tips. Unlike China freight tools welders where welding torches that don’t last and melt in heavy use or internal parts that brake and strip. You buy cheap Equipment up front and you will end up paying more in the long run. This place feels like a mom and pop all the time I show up. Love It! Thanks to Mark and Sal

Excellent Customer Service. I called and was greeted by a person instead of a robot. Thank God. lol I was first to ask questions since I'm still learning how to MIG weld and Mark was attentive and helpful and answered all my questions up to par. I then went to the shop and he remembered me calling him and got everything I needed to convert my Welder to MIG with an argon tank and supplies needed. I got home and everything worked out perfect. I never had such a fantastic company like this with fantastic customer service and Mark did a great job and knew everything I needed to get my task done. I'm a future customer and will only go here for supplies from now on. Thank You Mark for your excellent professional attentive customer service. 5 Stars*

Mark is the man!!!! The customer service is off the hook!!! Had the other place shut the door in my face at 4:55pm and I understand that folks want to go home when they close but I own a shop and I am the main plan… the back up plan…I have to deliver. Mark straight hooked me up, took care of me and made sure to offer options just in case I was forgetting something!!! If you need anything regarding welding supplies this is your spot. You will not be treated better anywhere else!!!!

Sal and Mark were an absolute godsend! My wife Anna is restoring her 1987 Ford Ranger and was in need of welding supplies. With their help, Anna was able to purchase all supplies necessary. This covered everything from welder, mask, gas, gloves, etc. While Anna had done her research and knew what she wanted, Sal & Mark's expertise were integral in helping her fine tune her selections.

Additionally, the welder came with the wrong wire nozzle tip. Mark & Sal were quick to find us the correct one and were diligent in contacting Miller so they could correct this factory mistake in packaging.

Overall we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Mark & Sal's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality all contributed to an excellent experience. I should also emphasize that my wife is the welder not me. Sal & Mark treated her with respect right from the start and didn't dismiss her like we've seen elsewhere. California Tool & Welding Supply in Hesperia have a customer for life and we highly recommend them!!

This place is amazing they have everything you could possibly need to get you going. Mark was very insightful and extremely customer oriented he listened to what I had to say and suggest the right equipment. Will definitely do all my shopping for welding supplies here from now on.
