BUTCHERS. I brought my 2016 Porsche Boxster here to mount new tires on the stock Porsche wheels. The wheels are a black satin finish (see photos). Thus, it was important to me that the tire installer be aware and careful to not scratch or ding the finish. Also, it's important to note that, prior to this tire change, the car had been running on the factory-installed tires (low milage car). So, no other company had done any wheel or tire work on the car. Since this company touts the type and quantity of higher end vehicles they work on, I believed they gave their customer's cars the "white glove" treatment. Not the case. The outside of the drivers side rear wheel was returned scratched along the entire perimeter. Clearly, it was laid down on a rough surface on the outside-facing edge, not the inside-facing edge. As things seem to go, it was raining when I picked up the car, so I did not see the damage until the wheel dried. I noticed scratches in the drivers' side front wheel after it dried, as well. However, before leaving, I did notice the lug nuts were pretty beat up. The installer said that was "impossible to avoid". Really? That's a thoughtless and careless answer when the action of removing and reinstalling lug nuts on higher end cars is at least 50% of his daily job. It shows no intent to accept any responsibility to do a quality job. Bottom line: The wheels went into this company in factory-perfect condition; they were returned looking terrible. Takeaways: 1) You will not get "white glove" treatment of your car from this company, despite the all the pretty photos on their website. 2) If the condition and appearance of your car is important to you, look elsewhere for wheel and tire work.

Macario helped me out here. He’s knowledgeable and helpful but the results were not what I was looking for. As a novice aftermarket wheel buyer I didn’t know much about wheels and tires going into this experience. Unfortunately, after spending almost $3k on nice Rotiform wheels and tires I ended up with a super tucked fitment that just doesn’t look right on my IS250. The fitment might be ok for someone putting their car on air but I explained to Macario this car needed clearance for snow so that wasn’t an option. For the prices charged, small details like that shouldn’t be overlooked and I’m a bit disappointed with how the car turned out.

Professional! It was our first time getting custom wheels. I've been in the car scene for decades, but also brought pre-made wheels. We got Vossen VPS-310 and got them fitted to what we were looking and using for. Micario is an expert and advice what we needed even though he knew we had our own taste as well. The front office is eye candy for anyone who loves custom wheels. He even ordered the factory air sensor exactly what we needed. Perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at California Wheels! Came in asking for a quote on a refinish for two of my black Konig Dekagram wheels and Macario was able to help me out in a few minutes. He took my car in that next Tuesday and had it back to me three days later on Friday. The finish looks great, the price was affordable, and he and his staff were incredibly professional. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for wheel work.

I dealt with Macario. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the large selection of product they carry. I visited several times with different questions and concerns and every time he was patient, helpful and full of solutions. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with my wheels and tires over just making a sale. When it came time to purchase the wheels and tires, I had done quite a bit of price research and found California Wheels & Tires prices competitive in most instances and when not they were willing to price match. I wanted a specific stance and width with the new wheels and Macario and his staff spent the time needed to insure that it was properly achieved and looked the way I wanted. Based on this experience I will continue to use California Tires & Wheels and recommend them to anybody in the market for new wheels & tires.

Went in to get some coilovers installed, they did a great job and made sure I was taken care of. Once my rims came in they did everything they possibly could to get them to fit right. I mistakenly went with the wrong offset and were even able to correct it. I'm super happy with them!

I found out about Caliwheels through their Social media Instagram page. I shopped around online and locally, but I found that Rigo was giving me the best deal, pretty much upfront the 1st time we met. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave me valuable tips on suspension, rims and tires. They have a great show rim and also cool memorabilia from local athletes display throughout the store and that made it more of a pleasure to be a customer! I purchased 22inch staggered Road Force RF16 for my Mercedes CL. I’m planning to be returning customer. I totally recommend Caliwheels! Ask for Rigo!
