Their response is a lie, they’re ignoring our calls and never fixed it. I am the landlord, and they were supposed to have the window ready to install yesterday on 7 Jan. It’s a shame they are choosing to lie and keep editing their responses to try and weasel out of their catastrophic screw up, in such painfully obvious ways. I will be leaving reviews on every platform.

Joke of a company. Failed to show up to install a new window after painstaking planning with a carpenter they insisted we hire to build a new framing structure. They didn’t show up. We had to chase them all day, only for them to then pretend they hadn’t heard of us and then that we’d only need a pane replacing.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, leaving a house with young children in that situation. You kept promising you were on it, until you just shut for the night. Our carpenter ended up going to Home Depot and buying a window, at significant cost to us and installing himself. You should be paying the difference, and I look forward to hearing from you to settle up.

Everyone who works here is a time waster and a liar. Save your money. This business is an utter disgrace.

Why are you lying? You didn’t come back and do anything, you’re literally dodging our calls continuously.

Excellent service. Courteous, professional and quick. The job was to replace a broken small pane of glass in a 40 year old single hung window. I called window companies first. Their advice was to replace and they don’t repair.

I gave this 3 stars because the install was 5 stars, but the office would get 0 stars.
I was pleased with the install and replacement glass. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything was satsfactory prior to leaving.
I was very dissatisfied with the office staff. They did not notify me that they would not be out for the estimate on the day it was scheduled, until I called and asked. I understand things come up, but they should have called me to reschedule. When the glass came in, they called and asked to come out with an hours notice. I told them I wasn't home. A different day was agreed on. I called the morning of the install and was told I was not on the schedule and that my glass had not come in. I explained that they had told me it was here. They said they would call back in a few minutes. After over an hour, I called them back and was told they couldn't do it that day. After some strong complaining, I got my glass installed later that day. For this reason, I will not use them again.

They were quick to follow back up w me. I developed a nice rapport with their team. From the wonderful office team to the techs and team in the field. I was very happy w the work they did. Fixed four broken windows panels from the hurricane and anything window which is historic and made it look pretty. I thought would have to be replaced and they helped me out w a repair. Great, clean and tidy service. Would highly recommend.

Had them come out to replace a broken window. Had to follow up to get a quote. Gave them a deposit and then we heard nothing. Called them repeatedly and always told she would check on it and get back to us, but never did. After 2 months, I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't process refunds to a credit card, but they would send a check and it would be put in the mail that day. No check arrived. Called back and was told a check was put in the mail a "couple days ago." No check. These people are either incompetent or very dishonest. Now we have to start all over to find a company to replace our broken window.

Incredible lack of communication. Emailing for several weeks before hearing anything. Any response received is a few short, vague words with no real information provided. They require payment before service. As soon as payment was made, everything went downhill. Phone calls will result in one of several ladies answering the phone. While they are very polite, they never have the slightest idea regarding the status of the request. They say they will try to find out and call back. No call backs are made. Dealing with this company is like talking to a wall. Would not recommend to anybody.

I struggled to write this review for a while because I still believe the owners of Caloosahatchee Glass are good people. But they don't know sliding glass doors and have NO control over the quality of their work.

I ordered a basic 4-panel sliding glass door for my office; leaving a 50% deposit in September, 2021. I was told it would take 2-3 months to complete. Fine by me.

MANY months went by, with regular calls from me to check on the status of my door. A year had gone by the time it was finally "ready", and we had developed a good relationship with the owner (or so I thought). She profusely apologized for the repeated delays, blaming chain supply, labor shortage issues, but we happily received our sliding glass door in the summer of 2022.

Upon installation, however, the door was all wrong. Wrong panels that would not open as intended, wrong tracks, handles in the wrong ends, HUGE gaps... It was very, very bad.

Once again, we armed ourselves with patience as the owner promised she had ordered the right parts, which should arrive "in two weeks".

A mont later, her guys showed up to install the "right" parts, just to realize they had ordered wrong parts. Again.

And so 4 or more attempts to install the "right" parts ensued, but they showed up with the wrong parts. Every. Time.

This felt more like a a bad TV prank, than a serious business; an ongoing joke with the company owner as she would always had a good excuse as to why she sent her guys with the wrong parts.

Eventually, however, the owner stopped returning my calls or texts; her guys leaving our office one last time around October 2022 stating, again, that they would return with the right parts. "In two weeks"

Two years after paying my deposit the owner and her team stopped answering calls or texts. I still have those texts on my phone by the way .... "We'll be back with the right parts next week...I am so sorry about this!". Right.

A sliding glass door that looked as if put together by a 5 y/o, didn't work as intended, had huge gaps for the AC to get out and bugs to get in.

My $1,250.00 deposit I placed two years prior was lost of course; eventually having to pay $3,000.00 to a real sliding door company and redo these guys' job.

You live, you learn.
