I order from this company 1 time and I had no choice but to do their 2 month “subscription”. Everything was good I was happy when I got my package and then I got a notification that i got charged. I went to see what it was and they charged me 2 times. I emailed them September 15. It is currently October 5 and i still haven’t heard anything. I try to see if I have a subscription with them still and I don’t. They have charged me 2 times every month since I first purchased with them in the beginning of August. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM!!!!

I have ordered from them a couple of times and granted they do have good products. This past order, I received no order number, no thank you email, and when I reached out because I received no word I only got a short reply a week later saying that they were backed up and i do understand that. What I don't understand is when i got my order I got 3 tiny pieces of extras. When a order was $50 for product, tax, shipping, and tip it's like a slap in the face when you try and support a smallish business but in return you are met with false expectations. If one of you is reading this that works at the store and is hurt reading this I'm sorry but this last order is the last order. Also I commented if they would film a boxing video and I received no reply. I liked their videos because they were fun to watch and it would be fun watching mine but again nothing. I would have been grateful if they replied saying that they were too backed up and didn't have time. That was just rude! I want to support small companies because it's the right thing to do so I'll do that somewhere else.

When you buy something you have to keep there subscription for two months which is ridiculous. To make it more ridiculous I was charged 4 times on the same day for my one subscription! I have disputed with PayPal and emailed her hoping to get my money back! $120 in one month they were not authorized to take. Becareful is my advice when ordering. I will never order again.

Made this review just to help others out. No Customer Service provided from this company. My first order was in Sep 2021 and I had no issues and it was a very small order. Since I enjoyed the product I ordered from them again, after this one NEVER AGAIN. Large order made in February 2022, day my order arrived I contacted them with the missing items and all information needed they never even responded until April, when they did respond they did not process a refund they just asked a confirming question and I responded same day, continued to contact them and they never got back to me until NOVEMBER, at this point I was very frustrated because I never received the items, refund or response after months, they finally said they processed the refund in December, it’s now JANUARY 2023, and I still have not received a refund. I continue to contact and receive a single response once a month (if even). At this point I will not be receiving any kind of refund till FEBRUARY 2023 (or later), THATS AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER. (If I was not persistent with contacting them I probably would’ve never heard anything). Do not recommend ordering from them unless your willing to take the risk of being ripped off with no customer support to help you out. It’s disappointing they are unable to run their company properly considering they have decent products.

My order was wrong. I contacted them through email and haven't heard back. I emailed 2 more times hoping they would see it but now it's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. I would not recommend this company.

I order candy from here and it was the best candy I have ever got in my life ! There are so many kinds of cool candy that I got to order from and they all tasted amazing! I recommend ordering from here because you will not be disappointed, everything and more than I expected 🔥
