We have come into this dispensary every time we are in seaside- the people are always BEYOND kind.

Today we went in because we bought a vape on Friday that came with a keychain - for $28. The keychain didn’t attach to the bird and was completely broken. The worker (a red head) at the cashier told us she wouldn’t exchange it because it wasn’t actually “broken”. I told her we paid $28 for a vape for all components to work, and it didn’t. She still said no.

I asked if we could have the keychain off the display one- she rolled her eyes and grabbed it. Then she intentionally didn’t give me the portion that attached to the bird. (Meaning, she literally took off the element that made it a keychain off the one she “exchanged” for me- to intentionally be malicious. Which frankly, is theft based on the fact I paid for ALL elements of the keychain, and she stole it after “exchanging” the product). Oh and because of this, the store now has a purple keychain on their green bird therefore making their store one not able to be sold. So rather than replacing n my damaged product, she just ruined one they keep on the floor. Which if I was the manager, I would be incredibly displeased by.

Then as we were leaving she said “attitude goes a long way” as if she was NOT the one denying an exchange on product that they sold broken- which is written in the receipt as something they do.

So anyway, she clearly needs to smoke more weed, and this shop clearly needs more quality control.

Cannibis Nation in Seaside is clean and friendly. They are fast and knowledgeable.
They have a great selection of products, and always have Derby's Farm prerolls. MacKenzie is awesome! She is kind and helpful. Oh, and they have a rewards program where you can get discounts on your purchases.

Dakota hooked us up fat. Had a pleasant experience inside cannabis nation. Great hospitality, super friendly and welcoming with an awesome environment. They also know their stoners well, providing snacks for the munchies 10/10 only dispensary I'll go to whole visiting seaside. 💯

My first experience was fine the second was not so great came in the third time and ask how much their cbd strain was and was told 10 a gram. When I acted surprised and said that’s a lot I was told “well don’t buy it” ok then, I guess I won’t buy anything and I’ll leave a friendly 2 star. Teach your staff customer service cause treating customers like they are paying your pay check is important. 😉
