We recently hosted an event at CANOPY Menlo Park and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space is beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for both professional panels and casual networking. The location is also incredibly convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Caltrain and with easy parking options.

What really made the experience outstanding was the team. Ami and everyone at CANOPY were warm, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. We’ve hosted many events, and this was easily one of the smoothest and most enjoyable ones thanks to their support.

Canopy Menlo Park hosted the Femigrants Foundation's event called "From Vision to Impact: Immigrant Leaders Breaking Barriers".
The event aimed to bring together successful immigrant leaders in startups, and investment at Fortune 500 Tech companies in Silicon Valley.
On behalf of the Femigrants team and community members, we can proudly say that it was one of the best collaborations that we enjoyed working together with Canopy Menlo Park's team to organize this event successfully.
Amy-Alexander was the main point of contact for the Canopy team. She communicated at a very professional level with our Founder, Aytakin Aliyeva on all the details of the event planning including but not limited to the venue design and marketing support.

The Women’s CLUB of Silicon Valley has hosted several events at Canopy Menlo Park, and it’s become one of our favorite spots. The location is ideal for attendees from across the Bay Area, and the space itself is bright, versatile, and welcoming.

But what truly sets Canopy apart is Ami Alexander and her incredible team—they’re not just professional and accommodating, they’re genuinely a joy to work with. Thoughtful, responsive, and always a step ahead.

We hosted a private event for 100 attendees this week and it was perfect. Ami and her staff worked tirelessly on our set up to make things perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The catering company that provided the food and drink was first class. The food was beautiful and delicious. The whole team was very accommodating and a dream to work with. I highly recommend if you have a small event that you want a unique venue, you consider using Canopy.

Great experience and one of the best venues to host an event in the Peninsula. This is because the space is gorgeous, with a warm and cohesive interior design, and because Ami and her team make the whole difference. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations and were on top of everything during our day-long workshop. Parking is accessible, and the patio was great for our breaks. Overall, the experience was 10/10.
