I had bought a few things here in the past and never had any issues. But the last time I went in to buy my kid a guitar, two employees tried everything to keep from having to work the counter and the one guy who finally did was so put out for having to do his job. Apparently there was a new policy implemented that buying with a credit card and not cash, you have to have an account. Seems silly but OK. While the employee was going to put my info in, his buddy came in to sell something (probably the reviewer who likes the place) and he just up and left me for 10 minutes. I asked one of the other employees if they could help and they just shrugged their shoulders so I just left. My kid was disappointed but like that same jackass said there are 50 other pawn shops more deserving of my money.

I see a lot of comments saying the employees are rude, or just standing around but I've been using this pawn shop for many years. They know be by a first name basis and they are always friendly, greet me as I walk in with a handshake, and are always social so maybe the people on here complaining are the problem because I've never had a bad experience. As far as customers not getting the amount they want for an item, there are 50 other pawn shops you can go to so not a big deal🤷

Mario is the worst employee. He is very unprofessional and was rude the last time I was there. If you want a staring contest go ahead and go to the Pawn Shop. They treat customers terribly and have bad customer service skills.

Multiple drug addicts hanging out and chatting with employees. They disrespect your time. Offered me 1.2k for a watch worth over 5k. Opportunistic crooks at best. I wouldn't sell them anything and it's questionable at best if I would take a loan with them. Thumbs down. Find a better pawn shop.

Called Saturday they told me to be here by 9 to pay a pawn. I got here at 830 and then they decided bot to open until 10 because it's labor day. My dad is handicapp and I can't just leave him alone for long periods. They didn't care.

Walked in for the 1st time ever. There were about 5-6 employees just standing there behind the counter looking at me. I said hi with a smile and only 1 said hi back. I’ll spend my money somewhere else! Want some free advice? At least fake it that u wanna work there vs hating your job and not greeting a potential paying customer.
