Just the nicest “mom and pop” pharmacy. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner unless it’s something out of their control. Even then, they go of their way to fix you up. They also have a wonderful gift shop. To top it off my littles always get a lollipop and my dogs ALWAYS get more treats than anybody else.

Needed to get my testosterone shots refilled and was told they would not run my insurance due to them losing money. Not my problem, I have insurance for a reason!! They told me that if I didn't like it then I could get it filled elsewhere. So I did!! Ever since the owner passed, the customer service went down hill!! It will not suprise me to see this place shut down from lack of business due to the extremely rude customer service!!!! Ok. Update, went to Walmart in sulphur and THEY RAN MY INSURANCE!!!!! MY BILL WAS ZERO!!!!!!! NOT 70 DOLLARS THAT CARAWAYS WAS WANTING TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO RUN MY INSURANCE!!!!!! Makes me wonder how many people they screw over by not running insurance and making people think they are!!!!!! I literally have proof now!!!!!!

When you can't find a pharmacy that carries your prescription, this is the place to go. It's more than just a pharmacy, it's a shop that sells just about anything you're looking for. It's a place that gives off a warm and family-friendly feeling as you're browsing through the aisles. I love to go inside and shop while waiting for our family's meds to be filled, but if you're like a lot of us that don't have much time to shop, you can always drop off and pick up through their drive-thru window.

Best pharmacy around. They go out of there way to make sure you get what you need. And fill your prescriptions in a very timely manner. I've been coming here since I was 5 years old and they haven't changed a bit. Love Caraways!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

When Medicaid forced me to lock into one pharmacy, even though I don't live in Westlake, I chose Caraway's . It turned out to be a very wise decision. The entire pharmacy staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. They anticipate my needs and act accordingly. The service I receive at Caraway's far exceeds the service I got at the last pharmacy I used and it is a reputable chain. But I can't tell you how many mistakes they made in the time I was there. Caraway's is locally owned and operated and has catered to the locals for many years. They have never made any mistakes since I joined them a few years ago. If you take a few minutes to look inside, you will find many hidden treasures... too many to mention. I took photos of the inside to try to show what is available there. If you need a gift for any occasion, you can always find something at Caraway's. The staff are always friendly and more than willing to lend a helping hand.
