My experience went quite well.. had to sit for a while to get loaded but it was all good. Plenty of room, Park your truck walk up to shipping. The woman inside at the desk was very nice and cordial. Yes you do have to turn in your truck key to get loaded, otherwise once I got a door it took them about 30 minutes to load me and I was rolling out.

Good place to pick up 4 stars only because it's a winding road and turns are short,thank goodness you Don't pass another truck going in or out.

Pretty decent place people are nice . Checked in around 7:30 am got a door at 0800 . Get here early this place is super busy with live loads. They take your keys to load you as well. They take roughly an hour to load . My appt was at 0815 . Today they only seem to be using one of the 2 docks to load ppl so that’s why I say get here early . I’d say they have overnight parking in front of the gate for about 3 trucks if you are picking up but not if you have been loaded you will have to leave . Only problem is there is no scale nearby so be good at eyeballing it lol . It’s plenty of room to maneuver in and get in the dock so no worries there.

They can't run a salt plant sufficiently more times than not gotta 3 hour wait even if you get loaded on your appointment day at all I've been telling yall for years if you can't load bulk trucks any better than this just quit loading bulk trucks hell you'd rather bag the salt anyway

Truck keys get confiscated, you are banned from your truck while it's being loaded. You are asked to sit in a waiting room with insects crawling....and a brown recluse spider. Feel for the employees. Once you're in dock, it's quick load.

Had to turn in keys while getting loaded not the first time with some places only talked to two people they seem friendly. In and out pretty quick. Had hot coffee cream and sugar road down is pretty narrow into the facility got to watch it meeting trucks coming out and going in. Was a very nice view driving in.
