I'm disturbed that the owner and employees here feel it's okay to weaponize the police against citizens who are exercising their rights outside their store. There is no reason to be calling 911 on people unless there's an actual emergency or actual, legitimate threat of physical harm to them or others. I refuse to patronize any establishment that uses police as a tactic to get their way when they're throwing a tantrum. They are free to dislike being recorded, but they're also recording everyone that walks into their establishment through their own CCTV system. I find this behavior to be disturbing, dangerous, entitled and ridiculous. To see a video online of them sending the police after people on the sidewalk for merely recording while they themselves have CCTV inside is beyond what I am willing to support by patronizing their spoiled establishment. Definitely not okay. You tried to interfere with someone's actual rights because you didn't get your way. You don't deserve to operate within any community as long as that's your attitude.

If you see getting dressed as an extension of your personality then Carolina Couture is for you! This shop has fashion-forward and unique pieces with an Italian aesthetic - no basic t-shirts with trite words or phrases on them here! As an out-of-towner, I LOVED shopping from a locally designed & owned brand. The owner Carolina provided a high level of customer service, and was honest about what did & did not look good on my curvey body. Her employee Zach was friendly and helpful, offering us water and keeping the fitting room tidy. Overall a great experience - can't wait to wear my showstopping new bodysuit out and about! P.S. It's pretty clear a dust-up happened with some other customers a few weeks ago and now folks are trying to tank the store's reviews. Read those comments - several are inflammatory and don't pass the vibe check. 😉

I was so upset at how the owner treats people that don’t dress in “her style”. If you don’t have a $10,000 suit on or a LV coach bag, she will look down on you and make you feel very uncomfortable! ZERO STARS is what they need. Don’t waste your money. She should sell what she wears instead of clothes that look like they came from Teamu!

If I could give them negative 1 million stars, I would. I walked in there with $10,000 to buy my wife a honeymoon "package". They asked me to leave because they said, "I didn't look like I could afford anything in their store" [I am from the south and was wearing jeans and flannel]. When I showed "Caroline" my cash, she said she was just kidding. Your competition got my money. Oh.....almost forgot. I'm Jewish and she told me Yarmulke [round cap] was "funny looking". Racist !

This isn't couture, I tried to look at something and maybe buy it, but the staff literally threw me out. very rude behavior. was that because I'm a man or because I'm black. I'm not sure I was greeted very friendly. I had to go to the juice shop across the street to calm down.

I had the very best time shopping with Carolina. What a treasure trove of beautiful pieces and top notch treatment I stumbled upon, purely by accident. I cannot thank you enough Carolina for your kindness and undivided attention while I was shopping with you. I cannot wait to visit Scottsdale again just to spend time with you and your staff and shop! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so welcome and giving me so much confidence in myself. Carolina, you are a true gem of a human being and you have a true gift.
