BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER, especially if you are out of state. I purchased a pair of sneakers online, sized down as suggested by the "video model." I was aware that if I returned the shoes, I would not receive a refund, but only a gift card for another purchase. But I took the risk confident that they were what I was looking for...that was my first mistake. The shoes arrived and were still too big, even though I sized down, they were also not as described (they had sparkles all over them which you could not see in the pictures online), and I did not even have the option of exchanging them, but was forced to pay shipping to send them back and receive a gift card. I don't normally purchase clothing online (I like to try things on), but now I had a gift card to use so I decided to purchase a one size fits all white linen saving summer jacket because I figured it was a safe bet as far as fit. This was my second big mistake. The pictures looked decent online, and retailing at $59.90, I figured it would be a quality piece that would last. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE CHEAPLY MADE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING IN MY LIFE. It took me almost 5 minutes to get the zipper separated, I'm not kidding, I have never seen such a thin, chincy zipper and the fabric and other materials are equally CHEAP and so disappointing. It is sewn together like a 6th grade sewing project and the "Made in Italy" tag is hanging on by a single stitch on either side. It's a joke. I have wasted more money paying to have this shipped (third shipping charge now), and I doubt this piece will last through one wash. I don't believe Carol's Boutique really cares if their customers are happy or not. If this $60 jacket (that I probably spent over $80 for in reality), is at all representative of their other clothing items, they are selling junk and ripping people off 🙁 I don't see a way to attach pictures here, or I would send plenty. Please trust me and do yourself a favor, STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP.

Carol’s Boutique does not refund your money on returns. They instead, give you a gift card to use at checkout for a purchase!!!!! I’m still waiting for an email with my gift card code!!!!!

I have never been in the store but have ordered online with Carol's for years. Clothes arrive quickly and exactly as described. Never had an issue with returns (only 1 time). Customer Service is top notch!

Friendly staff! Last week they had a bunch of cute stuff on sale! I don’t shop plus size, but I always see complaints of not being able to find anything - she has a wide variety of plus size items!

I placed an order of 186.$ and some cents. The merchandise was unacceptable and I returned the items and paid for return postage. They will not refund my money. Did offer me a gift card in the amount of 173.00. Why would I want a gift card?

I purchased a gift card back in August for a Christmas present. The gift card was put up from the day I purchased it until Christmas. The receiver went to use the gift card today and was told it was used in September. They then took the card and disposed of it. I am very upset because it was a waste of money on my behalf and a bum of a present for her. If it was all used up in September.. why didn’t they take it then?
