The staff was super helpful! The store was clean and organized. I love that we have a Carters in the valley. They had a pretty good selection and if something was out of stock the staff was super helpful in looking online and ordering if it was available. Check it out if you have a little one! The girl selection was definitely better than the boy selection.

I have been going to this store for 2 years now. All of my 3 year old and my 1 year old clothes are from this store until this past Wednesday. My husband my 3 and 1 year old went in to buy some winter clothes for both kids when my 3 year old asked me if I can buy him the train made of blocks since it was his birthday and I sayid yes. He was sitting down on the floor next to me while I looked at some clothes, but I didn’t noticed he was starting to open the toy. I had my back turned and next thing I know he starts crying so when I turne around I see the manager holding the toy my son had and she was tapping it. When I asked my son what happened he sayid she took the toy and he was complaining that his fingers hurt. That &$@&$& manager snatched the toy from him and didn’t noticed that his fingers where right on the edge of the plastic wrapping. If she really had a problem with him opening the toy she could have sayid something to me since I was standing right next to my son and I would have gladly payed for it. I was so upset that I ended up not buying anything and I will NEVER EVER go back again.
