I came into this store because (10 years ago) , my parents got everything for my quinceañera here. Now I will be a madrina for a quince and decided to come back due to the amazing experience back in the day and it still continues to be amazing. I ordered a set of toasting cups and the bottle. They came out very nice and quickly considering I only gave them 2 weeks in advance. She told me it was king of last minute but she made it happen. Very pleased , I would recommend this place to everyone for their quinceañera needs!!

Lucia helped us from the beginning when we initially made an appt to check out dresses for my daughter's birthday. She was very helpful and pleasant in showing us and my daughter trying on few dresses. We put in our order and when we picked up, my daughter did a final fitting and was perfect. Overall great experience at Casablanca and highly recommend. Thank you!

Just bought a gorgeous sexy gold sequin mermaid style dress from here after searching exhaustingly online for one !!! The shop was wonderful, everyone was so helpful!!!! The owner helped me get my dress altered immediately for an event I have coming up in two days!!! She was so supportive to me- she drove me to the seamstress’s place of business so that I could have the alterations done right away!!! What a relief to find a place where I could actually try on a dress and have assistance as opposed to being tricked by online stores. Casablanca has a good supply of quality and affordable dresses . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking good customer service!!

Martha & her team are so friendly & accommodating. Walked in & was looking for a god mother (sponsor role) gown & found 4 choices in the blush shade i was looking for. They helped me comfortably & gave a seamstress recommendation too within the city. Need to cut the length of the dress. Love the dress that i bought. Happy with the service. Highly recommend this store & the friendly staff.

I had a horrible experience coming to this dress shop in Hayward me along with my two sisters who where racially profiled. No one offered a service upon entry when the manager told us where to look, she had an attitude for some reason. When we were looking around for dresses, this lady took it upon herself to lock the back doors as me my sister and my daughters were gonna run out the back door. I find it crazy that looking the exact same way I went into the next-door along with my sisters and we were able to find her a prom dress.
I will never recommend or come back due to the service and how I was treated

The fact the entrance doors where wide open upon our arrival so there was no need for a bell …and 40 people let’s not do that there where a total of 7 people in the store at the time and that was including you in the picture and the manager like I said service was horrible

I would recommend this store if your looking for quince dresses. They have beautiful dresses. They will help you on what types of dresses you are looking for and if you look like u don’t like it they will try to make sure your not judge it by it cover. I did that with a dress but turn out I got the dress after all. I love the dress I got. It was better then I imagine.
