Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, usage's, and other products that would go together well. I have been there when it’s been busy and when they are I usually help out by talking with the other customers and breaking that shy awkward feeling that most people do have and making them feel more comfortable so it’s easier for the staff to help them. I laugh because they have even asked me to work there and I just like more of the helping people feel comfortable asking questions than anything. I been there alone and with groups and each time there is a guarantee that not only do I leave laughing but the staff usually has a happier mood as well. Thanks and definitely recommend this store.

This location is outside of my usual path; but the later hours accommodated some last minute shopping before a session. The staff was attentive without being overbearing and had a nice sense of humor. Their glass selection had some particularly fascinating pieces and I was hard pressed to simply pick two! If you are in East Mesa and fancy a frolic, take a half hour gander at Castle's wares! I guarantee you will find something to enhance your fun!

Love this place! They've started stocking some more *exotic* items, which is rare to see at a physical location but always exciting. prices are fair, and the staff are always super sweet and helpful! always great at informing and making product suggestions

To the employee who yelled at a group of customers including a special needs person needs a reality check, he is just as an adult as everyone else and she had the audacity to say he wasn’t a customer when he is just as much of a customer as everyone else, he was not laughing to make fun of the store it’s an uncontrollable part of his special needs.
We ended up buying some stuff and the other male employee was actually helpful and not rude. It made all of us extremely uncomfortable especially him, no one deserves to be treated like that just for their disability

I came in wanting an aerosol Popper product, and typically purchase Maximum Impact, but Iron Fist caught my eye. I asked two female employees if this product was aerosol and they both said yes. I got home and opened the product and it is NOT aerosol. Product knowledge is important. They misinformed me.

Fantastic store with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and discreet staff. Clean and organized store with a wide range of inventory to choose from. The parking lot however needs to be re-done and painted and needs better illumination.
