Third time is a charm! First jewelry store wanted me to buy a new diamond. Second jewelry store didn’t melt down gold. Third jewelry store, Caves, met all my expectations! They worked with me melting my mother and father’s rings into a gorgeous engagement ring and using the diamonds I had in my possession while giving me credit for extra gold that I had leftover. My advice just go straight to Caves. 💍

Caves is absolutely amazing! I went to them to have my engagement ring fixed and also to have my wedding band custom made and their customer service is top notch. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. After I got married I had an issue with my band and they fixed it no problem! I absolutely love my wedding band and would recommend caves to anyone and everyone!

I ordered multiple custom pieces from Caves and could not be happier with the results!! The care and attention they took with the family heirloom pieces I brought in assured I picked the right place. The owner was so kind and took time explaining what we could do. I ended up with two beautiful diamond earrings for my daughters that are perfect!! My wedding set had some loose diamonds. When I picked it up I was impressed. It looked brand new. The staff is amazing, super friendly. It’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely use them from now on!!!

Everyone at Caves Jewelry was very friendly when I took items in for repair. They did beautiful work and returned my jewelry quickly. Jan made sure I was happy with the outcome - she was great! I am so very pleased with Caves. They helped me redesign 3 rings from my family to create a unity wedding set. It is just beautiful and so meaningful.
