What a fabulous experience shopping online at Cedar & Lily! My dress was exactly what I had hoped and the packaging was a gift inside a gift with a hand-written personalized card, lovely box and tissue and sparkly ribbon. I needed to order a smaller size and the owner, Christy, was as warm and accommodating as ever! Easy swap. Thank you so very much for reminding me what real 1:1 friendly customer service can be!

I ordered a dress online from this store when it sold out on the designer’s site. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’m out of state. I was so pleasantly surprised when I received my order two days later. The packaging was gorgeous, and they included a handwritten note. The experience was akin to receiving a Sézane package. Searched for a unique necklace online and this boutique’s website had it in stock, was pleasantly impressed they ran a discount code, with free shipping and quick delivery. It was wrapped beautifully with a hand written note and style tips and recipes on a nice card stock within. I am not local to the store but will return as a customer! Thanks ladies!
