Absolutely excellent customer service! The lady that worked in there was extremely nice and took care of every possible need! She deserves a raise for sure! Delivery was prompt, thorough, and professional.

This is a TERRIBLE  place to purchase anything.  The owner has absolutely NO customer sevice skills.  I purcased a washing machine on 2/18/2025, it was supposedly tested and working great.  It was delivered on 2/20/2025. We installed and leveled it on the same day.  We washed 3 loads of clothes on 2/20 and 2/21 and it shook so badly that it came right out of the hookup spot!  Went in on 2/21 and spoke with Melissa and she said they would pick up for repairs. Didn't want repairs, wanted a working washer. Offered to pay the difference between the one delivered and a different one. She didn't see a problem with that but had to speak to the owner. The owner refused to answer.  I spent 360.00 on a washing machine that did not work.  I asked for a refund and they said they do not give refunds. Nowhere is that stated.  I let them come and pick up the washing machine for repairs on 2/25/25.  I still do not have a washing machine as of 3/19/25, and they have never once called me or contacted me. They claim the repairs are not complete, refuse to supply a different washing machine of the same capacity and are refusing a refund of my cash payment.  Save yourself problems - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Sales lady was awesome
Delivery NO left it in dirt with sidewalk less than a ft away and an entire 6ft asphalt driveway. Asked guy to put on sidewalk he refused said it is a drop and go like ups.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
The owner of this business is a rip off. He has no business dealing with people. You ought to go check out reviews on the BBB site. He came on to a customer in her home with her children there. Plus he had brought his children with him n proceeded to leave them there when he had to go get tools.

Michael is the boss! He started off awesome! UPDATE: My refrigerator has an issue and it’s under warranty and Michael doesn’t follow through with what he promised! Very inconsistent make appointments for a loaner refrigerator and then doesn’t bother to show up! I should not have to keep calling to have them followed on what they promised! Now Michael the boss doesn’t do loaner after weeks of the secretary’s making appointments will me to bring a loaner! My fridge needs 24 hours to defrost, and I’m going to lose all my food because I don’t have a fridge to put my food in! He’s a real piece of work!…SMH!
