I'd like to preface this review by saying we visited the Hermès boutique first where 1) no one greeted us when we entered, and 2) we were ignored by the clusters of available SAs who were standing and chatting amongst themselves. I was shocked that not one SA had approached us after we had walked around the entire boutique for about 20 minutes. It wasn't until my cousin walked up to one of the SAs and asked for assistance that someone finally helped us. I inquired about small leather goods and the SA said they had no bags or SLGs. This experience was very off-putting and reinforced my hesitation about shopping at Hermès...

On the other hand, when we walked into this Chanel boutique, we were immediately greeted by the smiling SAs. I noticed Meri was one of the SAs who said hello and was available so I inquired about a black mini flap bag which is what I've been eyeing as my next purchase. I also asked if all of the bags on display were available for purchase and she said yes! I was shocked because that wasn't the case at all of the Paris boutiques. This boutique has soo many beautiful items on display- bags, shoes, jewelry, etc. It was fun to just peruse the bags 😍

Meri was very friendly and immediately showed me several black mini flap bags. I then inquired about any mini flaps in black caviar leather with gold hardware- my current dream bag purchase. She said they didn't have too many that fit my criteria, but then said she had a bag that I might like. When she brought out this beautiful bag, I immediately fell in love 😍 I knew I couldn't say no (especially after all of the price increases they've been having). This was easily the fastest Chanel purchase I have ever made!

As we finished my purchase, she asked if I wanted anything to drink while we waited for them to wrap up the bag. I said yes to champagne and she brought out 4 glasses for myself and my friends which we sipped on while admiring the beautiful bags.

Highly recommend working with Meri if you're in Palm Beach!

My friend and I were visiting Palm Beach and decided to walk the infamous Worth Avenue which is filled with upscale stores. I decided to go into the Chanel store since I have bought some of their products. We were not greeted and no one asked if they could assist us. I guess WE LOKKED as if we didn’t have money, or maybe because I was AA, who knows. Didn’t feel invited, at all!

When I am working, I make $150-200 an hour. I don’t choose to wear designer clothes daily and prefer to invest my money in helping the needy, family, friends and pay cash for all I own etc.

My friend stated that as we left the store one worker whispered to another and they laughed! Interesting because they are the hired HELP and their salary is far less than my own! Smh

Very unpleasant experience and I will never set foot in this store AGAIN!

Was in West Palm for the weekend and wanted to visit the Chanel on Worth Ave. I was a little hesitant because of past negative reviews I saw online.

I was greeted when I walked in by Carolina and was able to find what I was looking for. Carolina was very attentive and patient with me as I searched for the perfect perfume and accessories that I came in for. She was very kind and offered pleasant conversation. She offered me a refreshment for my day ahead and offered samples as well.

**The other girls at the store were on their phones and didn't look up once or have a smile during the time I was in the store. So, I'm happy Carolina was there.**

Carolina gave me her card and I'm hoping she will avaliable for my next purchase. ❤️ thank you!

Disaster if you want to return something. The sales lady I will not mention her name was very helpful for purchasing but once the call was made for the return she literally ghosted the call . After SEVERAL attempts calling the main store number a return RMA code was sent , that was after threatening to call credit card company and my attorney. It was pure hell .

I’d read so many harsh reviews about their shopping experience at this particular store but the ladies here know their stuff. They are very welcoming and my SA did a tremendous job. We were wrapped up in less than 10 minutes! Love the options !

This weekend was my first visit at Chanel on Worth. I stood curbside for a bit in complete adoration of the visual display which was a mannequin draped in a full lace blouse, trouser with a bow accent at the waist and a full length matching duster with inconspicuous Chanel logos placed throughout the lace. It was absolutely breathtaking. Eventually my friend who initially didn't want to go in, agreed to enter to enjoy the boutique.

WE WERE NEVER GREETED. I've visited Chanel boutiques in Berlin and Milan where English isn't the primary language and they've very warmly greeted you upon entrance because after all, what is luxury if the experience doesn't even start with a greeting. So, because good manners are innocuous, I returned the surprise and questioning stares of the staff and security with warm greetings. Priceless.

I began to help myself at the makeup counter when enter sweet Jillian. Jillian immediately greeted me, asked did I need any help, chatted me in an enjoyable way then immediately jumped into multi-tasking mode to assist my friend and I with a shoe. Jillian effortless closed my purchase and offered me much needed water. The icing on the cake: I asked for restaurant recommendations and Jillian did not disappoint. She shared many options, and either specialities to include walking directions to reach them.
