My husband went in to this store at 2:45 in the morning to buy a pack of cigarettes. He is disabled and obviously of age with the grey in his beard. He is almost 50 yrs old. The guy carded him and expected him to hop on one leg (he is an amputee) back out to our truck to get his ID and hop on one leg to bring his ID back in. My husband said he would just have his wife come back in with both our ID's and the guy told him he wouldn't be able to sell us cigarettes then if my husband didn't come back in himself. I understand the importance of not selling to minors but seriously, have you ever met a minor with a grey beard and loosing his hair? There is definitely a line between protecting yourself and business from the repercussions of selling to a minor and just being realistic and quite frankly rude.

I come here often on Saturdays when I drive to the area to jog on the trails in the area. The staff here are nice, the coolers have a nice selection of drinks, and the bathrooms are clean, making it a great place to stop during a run. Because of the wide lanes, it is also an easy place to get gas.

This Chevron, as far as Chevrons go, is quality.

The lanes of the gas pumps are wide so you don't have to play the "am I gonna scrape this dudes car trying to get by" game. The pumps are good (but don't auto lock on my wife's Mercedes-Benz c250 or c300 but this might be a Mercedes thing) and do their job.

The car wash is great, it's a touch car wash. There is a tree right outside and I am always paranoid about birds crapping on my car after I'm done with getting it washed (which has never happened yet.)

There is a vacuum and air and the air is free. I've never used the vacuum before so am not sure if it costs a quarter or not.

The one downside is that there are ALOT of homeless people here. They keep to themselves and I've never been bothered by them despite living here for 6-7 years and coming to this gas station frequently.

The inside of the gas station itself is fine but I prefer the chevron on the corner of Folsom Boulevard and Hazel.

Refused to do cash transactions because they could not run debit cards. Even though ampm across the street had the same issue but was still doing cash transactions. Might want to get employees that want to work instead of turning away all business because they are inconvenienced.

Word of advise, how about you not sell scratch off or lottery tickets if you can not cash one for a simple $150!!!

Accidentally threw a USB flash drive in the trash at this station - came back 8 hours later and the station employees went through their trash to find it, which they did.
