This place saved me. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I did not have a birthday dress a day before my party. I live an hour away but thankfully saw their instagram, ordered a dress and called to double check it would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. She was really sweet and said she’d make sure it was. When I got there, she was really nice and brought 2 sizes so I could try them on, grateful since I actually needed the bigger size! Thank you so much for saving my birthday! Would definitely recommend this place!

I ordered a shirt from here but it ended up being out of stock, they called me and asked what other item I wanted and the item ended up being more expensive but they sent it to me and I didn't have to pay the extra money. This set was awesome quality and fit really well, it was definitely a show stopper, got many compliments

Purchased a dress for an event . Paid over $60 for the dress also. Day of the event zipper was broken and not working. Never got to wear the dress to the event, had to go purchase a another dress for that night.
I called customer service a week later they directed me to the store manager who wasn't helpful at all. I purchased Friday before Christmas and she told me because it's been a week they couldn't do anything and also all sales are final when purchased in store because you get to try on the clothes. What kind of policy is that. Moat people travel during tbe holidays, so for her to say because it's been a week really Through me. I thought the least they could do was exchange because I didn't even get to wear it. But the store manager want helpful at all
I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this store.

This company overcharges for their cheaply made clothing. I paid $102 for 2 dresses thinking they were decent quality. When I received my dresses, they were in 1 small USPS bag ( red flag). I opened up my bag and when I tell you those dresses are a PIECE OF FABRIC! THIN AND NO SHAPING but charging Lane Bryant prices. This is my first and LAST time shopping with them. Now I have to spend more money to get a shaper (because you can't return nor exchange the products). The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the clothes are pretty and they arrived in a timely matter( I paid extra for shipping). You're better off buying a dress at Shein or Rainbows for the quality of their clothing. 💯💯💯

Well I am definitely glad I read reviews first and then went back and read their return policy.

Per their return policy:
"Returns are not being accepted. All Sales are Final - No Returns or Exchanges.

Orders placed online cannot be returned in-store."

Times are tough and living in another State and not being able to return an item is not a business to buy from.

I'm surprised they make any money considering how extremely overpriced their items are. You can literally get almost everything they sell on other websites, for 75% less or sometimes even more then that. I stopped shopping here many many years ago when I discovered that LoL.....the days of plus size women having to pay an arm and a leg to dress nicely are long gone. Catch up C&C smh
